Nike Junior Golf Camps
Welcome to the Nike Elite Golf Camp in San Luis Obispo, California! Our Elite Junior Golf Camp with Cal Poly is geared towards players interested in playing college golf and aims to improve each campers game in a Division I golf environment. Elite golfers, ages 12-17, are welcome to join for an unforgettable camp experience!
Two-Day Elite Camp
This program is designed for boys and girls between the ages of 12 and 17. This camp is an opportunity for aspiring college golfers to learn for themselves what a week of college golf is like. These camps offer training and real competition scenarios that develop every part of your game. During the program, this unique camp is focused on giving players the opportunity to work directly with the Cal Poly coaching staff on all aspects of their game and provide insights to help prepare them for college golf.

Camp Details
This program is designed for boys and girls between the ages of 12 and 17. The Nike Golf Camp staff is on hand to provide campers with top quality instruction each day. At Nike Golf Camps we accommodate all skill levels; the junior player just discovering the game, the high school player trying to move up on the team, and the tournament level junior looking to improve his or her tournament results. Upon arrival, all participants are evaluated by the staff so that their own instructional needs can be addressed throughout the week.

- Schedule:
- Two-Day Elite: 9:00am-4:00pm, Monday-Tuesday
- Check-in: Check-in occurs between 8:45am - 9:00am each day.
- Check-out: Check-out occurs at 4:00pm each day.
- Lunch: Lunch is provided for all campers.
- Program:
- The Advanced Camp program is specifically designed for the tournament golfer who wishes to play college golf and improve their tournament results. It is open to all skill levels of young men and women, ages 12-17, but the curriculum is geared towards players who are playing competitively. Specifically, the camp teaches the practice habits of championship golfers, fitness, mental strength, college preparation, time management, course management, academics and team camaraderie.

WHAT'S INCLUDED IN THE FEE?
- Instruction: Morning instruction and afternoon course play.
- Lunch: Lunch is provided for all campers.
- Supervision: Campers are under staff supervision at all times. Drugs, alcohol and tobacco are strictly prohibited, and constitute, along with general misconduct, grounds for dismissal from camp without a refund.
- Camper Amenity Package: Campers will receive an amenity package including a Nike hat, drawstring bag, SRIXON golf balls, camp workbook, and graduation certificate.
INSTRUCTION, EQUIPMENT & FACILITY
- Ratio: 1:8 staff-to-camper ratio.
- Groupings: Campers are grouped by age, ability, and experience.
- Equipment Needed: Players should supply their own golf clubs, glove, golf balls, and tees.
- Facility: Dairy Creek Golf Course and Mustang Golf Academy Practice Area
- Medical Protocol: Camp will have on-site staff to help with illness or injury. In case of an emergency, campers will be transported to the nearest hospital.

Below is a suggested list of clothes, equipment, and personal items. US Sports Camps is NOT responsible for lost or stolen articles or money.

- Hat/visor (Campers receive Nike hat with amenity package)

- COVID PPE (as required by state/local guidelines)
- Signed Health & Release forms and waivers (forms completed online do not need to be printed and turned in at camp)
TRANSPORTATION
Transportation is not provided. Campers are responsible for getting to and from camp on their own. There is no supervision before or after camp hours so please make arrangements to pick up your child on time.

Sample Daily Schedule
- 8:45am Campers arrive, warm up, stretching, skills demonstrations by staff
- 9:15am Rotate stations working on full swing, short game, putting
- 12:00pm Lunch
- 1:00pm Course play with the camp staff
- 4:00pm Campers depart
Dairy Creek Golf Club
The Central Coast’s premier nine-hole, par 36, golf experience. Our three par 3’s, three par 4’s, and three par 5’s will challenge your skills and present chance encounters with the wildlife who call our natural surroundings their home. Dairy Creek is also THE best place to practice in San Luis Obispo County. Swing Time, our Toptracer Range facility brings the fun and compliments our traditional full service grass driving range, practice greens, chipping and bunker greens. The Cal Poly Golf Teams practice at Dairy Creek at their Tom Lehman Learning Center which is also open to the public.Camp Questions & Answers
