Nike Junior Golf Camps
Tumwater Valley Golf Club is thrilled to host Nike Golf Camps this summer! Led by Russ Olsen and his team of experienced instructors, these camps offer young golfers the perfect blend of expert coaching, skill development, and fun. Don’t miss this opportunity to elevate your game in a supportive and engaging environment!
FULL DAY CAMPS (9:00AM-3:00PM)
Our full day camps are a wonderful way for our campers to enjoy a full day of golf. Each day starts with proper warm up, followed by three hours of instruction. Instruction will be interactive focusing on short game, swing fundamentals, putting, and on course decision making. Participants will learn how to approach practice and develop their games for competition and the high school and college level on the direction of a professional who has played and coached at the college level. After morning instruction and a lunch break, campers head out for course play. On the course, they focus on course management and apply the shots they learned earlier in the day. Full Day Camps run from 9:00am - 3:00pm each day and are open to players of all skill levels, ages 7-18. Please note: Lunch is NOT included. Campers will need to bring a packed lunch each day.

Camp Details
This program is designed for boys and girls between the ages of 7 and 18. The staff is on hand to provide campers with top quality instruction each day. At Nike Golf Camps we accommodate all skill levels and, upon arrival, all participants are evaluated by the staff so that their own instructional needs can be addressed throughout the week.

2026 CAMP OVERVIEW
- Dates: June 8-12, June 22-26, August 17-21, August 24-28
- Age Group: 7-18
- Gender: Co-ed
- Camp Type: Full Day Camps
- Check-In: 15 minutes prior to camp start time.
- Lunch: Lunch is NOT included. Campers will need to bring a packed lunch each day.
- Program: The All Abilities program is designed to improve the fundamental skills needed for golf including putting, chipping, bunker play, and full-swing. On the first day of camp, all participants will be evaluated by the instructors and placed into groups based on age and ability level in various individual, small group and full group settings.

WHAT'S INCLUDED IN THE FEE?
- Instruction: Morning instruction and afternoon course play.
- Lunch: Lunch is NOT included. Campers will need to bring a packed lunch each day.
- Supervision: Campers are supervised by staff during camp hours.
- Camper Amenity Package: Campers will receive an amenity package including a Nike hat, drawstring bag, SRIXON golf balls, camp workbook, and graduation certificate.
INSTRUCTION, EQUIPMENT & FACILITY
- Ratio: 1:8 staff-to-camper ratio.
- Groupings: Campers are grouped by age, ability, and experience.
- Equipment Needed: Players should supply their own golf clubs, glove, golf balls, and tees. Through Nike Golf Camps we do not provide club rentals at this camp.
- Facility: Tumwater Valley Golf Club
- Medical Protocol: Camp will have on-site staff to help with illness or injury. In case of an emergency, campers will be transported to the nearest hospital.

TRANSPORTATION
Transportation is not provided. Campers are responsible for getting to and from camp on their own. There is no supervision before or after camp hours so please make arrangements to pick up your child on time.

- 8:45am Campers check-in, warm up
- 9:00am Staff demonstrations, overview of the daily schedule
- 9:15am Group instruction - campers rotate stations working on putting, chipping, pitching, full swing
- Noon Lunch
- 1:00pm Course play under staff supervision (when available)
- 3:00pm Full Day Campers depart
