Welcome to the Nike Junior Golf Camp at GolfZon Range by Leadbetter in Westbury, NY! We are excited to be partnering with the GolfZon and the Leadbetter team to bring a new concept in indoor golf training to Nike Junior Golf Camps. David Leadbetter's trained staff, lead by Joe Lee and Kyla Jo Williams, will offer a blend of self-learning, live instruction and unlimited range time using technologically advanced equipment and teaching methods. Improve your game and have fun with our experienced teaching professionals this summer!
GOLFZON RANGE BY LEADBETTER
David Leadbetter has a long history of teaching golf at the highest level and runs an international chain of golf academies headquartered at the Reunion Resort and Golf Club in Florida. Since launching the first Leadbetter Golf Academy over 30 years ago, David has coached players to 26 Major Championship titles and over 150 individual worldwide tournament victories. Seven of those players have even held first place in the Official World Golf Ranking.
This program is designed for each player to receive an individual player assessment to measure their performance, get a score, see results, and create a custom practice plan! This camp will also address the mental side of golf, course management, pre-shot routine, and more. Camps run Monday through Thursday from 9:00am - 12:00pm each day and are open to players of all abilities, ages 8-16.
Please note: Lunch is NOT provided for half day campers.
Highlights Include
- All instructors have been certified through the David Leadbetter Academy. Students receive a detailed analysis of their game, including a 3D screening, along with a personalized plan for improvement.
- State-of-the-art GOLFZON GDR+ simulators are designed for game improvement. Every ball is tracked and measured to provide a learning opportunity following each swing. Features include sloping lies, target ranges, on-course practice, virtual rounds and gamified challenges.
- The PuttView interactive sloped putting green helps golfers refine their putting strokes with real-time feedback, training speed control and green reading.
- GOLFZON simulators offer virtual play on 240+ golf courses, from Pebble Beach to St. Andrew’s. Compete with friends or challenge golfers around the world in real-time virtual tournaments.

Camp Details
This program is designed for boys and girls between the ages of 8 and 16. Nike Junior Golf Camps are golf-intensive and create the ideal environment players ready to take their game to the next level. Whether you are just coming into playing tournament golf, high school golf, or at an advanced level, this is an opportunity to learn more and develop a plan to improve.

2025 OVERVIEW
- Dates: July 14-17, July 21-24, July 28-31, August 4-7
- Age Group: 8-16
- Gender: Co-ed
- Camp Type: Half Day Camps Available
- Schedule: 9:00am - 12:00pm
- Check-In: 15 minutes prior to camp start time
- Meals: Meals will not be provided to campers.
- Program: The All Abilities program is designed to improve the fundamental skills needed for golf including putting, chipping, bunker play, and full-swing. On the first day of camp, all participants will be evaluated by the instructors and placed into groups based on age and ability level in various individual, small group and full group settings.

WHAT'S INCLUDED IN THE FEE?
- Instruction: Three hours of instruction each day.
- Supervision: Campers are supervised by staff during camp hours.
- Camper Amenity Package: Campers will receive an amenity package including a Nike hat, drawstring bag, SRIXON golf balls, camp workbook, and graduation certificate.
INSTRUCTION, EQUIPMENT & FACILITY
- Ratio: 1:8 staff-to-camper ratio.
- Groupings: Campers are grouped by age, ability, and experience.
- Equipment Needed: Players should supply their own golf clubs, glove, golf balls, and tees. Through Nike Junior Golf Camps we do not provide club rentals at this camp.
- Facility: GolfZon Range by Leadbetter - Westbury, NY
- Medical Protocol: Camp will have on-site staff to help with illness or injury. In case of an emergency, campers will be transported to the nearest hospital.

- Packed lunch or cash to purchase food/drinks (for Extended and Day campers)

- COVID PPE (as required by state/local guidelines)
- Signed Health & Release forms and waivers (forms completed online do not need to be printed and turned in at camp)
TRANSPORTATION
Transportation is not provided. Campers are responsible for getting to and from camp on their own. There is no supervision before or after camp hours so please make arrangements to pick up your child on time.
