Our Nike Multi-Sport Camp at Lake Forest Academy is designed to give your kids an unforgettable summer experience filled with sports, fun, and new friendships! Whether your child is an avid athlete, a social and energetic kid, or still figuring out which sports they love, this camp is the perfect opportunity to explore, play, and grow!
🏀⚽ Traditional Sports – Kids will develop skills in basketball, soccer, wiffle ball, and more!
🎯🏃♂️ PE & Recess Favorites – Think kickball, ultimate frisbee, dodgeball, and classic playground games!
🏓🎾 Bonus Fun – We might even mix in some pickleball and other exciting activities!
✅ No prior sports experience needed! – Our expert coaches will help kids build confidence and develop fundamental movement skills like coordination, balance, and teamwork.

At the heart of our camp is fun, sportsmanship, and teamwork. Your child will get to try a variety of sports in a positive, supportive environment, helping them discover what they love while staying active all summer long.
This camp has both day and half-day options (9:00am-3:00pm or 9:00am-12:00pm) each day and is open to kids ages 7-12.

Camp Director Faith Ekakitie
Coach Ekakitie brings years of athletic and coaching experience to the Nike Multi-Sport Camp. A former Division I athlete and CFL player, he has worked with athletes of all ages, from kindergarteners learning the basics of movement to high school athletes competing at the highest level.

Camp Co-Director Andrew Amft-Reyes
Coach Andrew brings years of coaching and competitive athletic experience to the Nike Multi-Sport Camp. A graduate of Colby College, where he played on the men’s basketball team, he has coached athletes of all ages and skill levels. For the past three years, Andrew has worked as a personal skills trainer and travel basketball coach in the North Shore and Chicago area, training players from beginners to professional athletes. He emphasizes not only skill development, but also the mental side of competition and growth.

CAMP OVERVIEW:
This is a multi-sport camp that includes a variety of fun, interactive, sports-related activities for your camper. With a focus on development and fun, they will learn the foundation of techniques and skills through exciting drills and games! The goal for our camps is to help kids gain enjoyment for physical activity and sports, make new friends, and have some serious fun!

Fun activities: The camp offers a wide range of age-appropriate games and enjoyable activities for your child to discover and enjoy. Campers will get the chance to explore and engage in various traditional sports and games!
Groupings: Campers are grouped by age
Lunch: Lunch is NOT provided.
Supervision: Staff members are strategically placed throughout the camp to provide optimal supervision and participate in all activities

INSTRUCTION, EQUIPMENT, & FACILITY
Ratio: Low camper-to-coach ratio
Groupings: Campers are grouped by age, ability, and experience
Equipment needed: Sneakers, athletic clothes, water bottle, snacks, and sunscreen.
Medical Protocol: Most camps have an athletic trainer on-site to help with illness or injury. In case of an emergency, campers will be transported to the nearest hospital
CHECKLIST OF THINGS TO BRING:
Below is a suggested list of clothes, equipment, and personal items. US Sports Camps is NOT responsible for lost or stolen articles or money.
- Athletic clothing

- Sunblock

- Small gym bag/backpack
TRANSPORTATION
Transportation is not provided. Campers are responsible for getting to and from camp on their own. There is no supervision before or after camp hours so please make arrangements to pick up your child on time.
CAMP TUITION PAYMENTS
Full payment of camp fees must be completed by the first day of the month before camp. For example:
- June Camps: final payment is due on May 1
- July Camps: final payment is due on June 1
- August Camps: final payment is due on July 1
Any camper with an unpaid balance 10 days before the start of their camp will forfeit all camp fees paid to date and be removed from the camp.
Your confirmation email shows your balance due and balance due date. Final payments can be made through the US Sports Camps Customer Portal or by phone at 1-800-645-3226.
CANCELLATION POLICY
If you need to cancel for any reason up to 24 hours before camp check-in, you will receive a camp credit voucher for the tuition fees paid, valid for one year for any sport and transferable to any immediate family member. Please note that participants who do not attend their registered session (no-shows) or fail to notify USSC at least 24 hours prior to check-in will not receive a voucher or refund.
Refunds are available only if the Cancellation Protection was purchased at the time of registration and the cancellation is made before your payment due date (1st of the month prior to your camp start date).

BEHAVIOR POLICIES
We may ask campers who require 1×1 supervision, disrupt the camp experience, or threaten the safety of themselves or others to leave camp. Behaviors meriting expulsion include, but are not limited to: a cause or threat of violence, putting themselves or others in danger, possession of a weapon, possession or use of alcohol, tobacco, nicotine, drugs or illegal substance, robbery, damage to property, sexual misconduct or assault, harassment, hazing, racist remarks or acts, or intimidation. In those cases, we will contact a parent to pick up the child immediately. We do not issue refunds to campers who are asked to leave camp.

Camp Questions & Answers
Can I come to camp alone or do I have to be a member of a team?
We welcome individual campers and teams. If you come to camp by yourself, it's a great place to meet new friends who share your enthusiasm for the sport and to have FUN!
Are the campers supervised throughout the camp?
Yes, campers are supervised by the coaches and staff. All staff members complete criminal and sex offender background checks before working the camp.
Does the Health & Release Form need to be signed by a doctor?
Our Health & Release Form does not require a doctor’s signature. This online form is required to be filled out accurately, signed by the parent (guardian), and completed before your first day of camp.
What is your cancellation policy?
