This girls-only Nike Multi-Sport & Recreation Camp is designed to give kids an unforgettable summer filled with sports, games, and new friendships! Whether your child is a budding athlete, full of energy and enthusiasm, or still figuring out which sports they enjoy most, our camps offer the perfect space to explore, play, and grow*.

🏀⚽ Traditional Sports – Campers will get the chance to build skills and have fun with sports such as basketball, soccer, volleyball, and more!

🎯🏃‍♂️ PE & Recess Favorites – From kickball and dodgeball to capture the flag and classic playground games, we bring back all the favorites!

🏓🎾 Bonus Fun – Depending on the location, we’ll mix in extra activities that can range from pickleball, gaga ball, arts and crafts, and other exciting surprises to keep things fresh.

No experience necessary! – Our experienced coaches create a welcoming, inclusive environment where kids can build confidence, improve coordination, and learn valuable teamwork skills—regardless of their skill level.

At the core of every camp is our focus on fun, sportsmanship, and trying new things. Campers will enjoy a variety of sports and activities in a positive, encouraging environment—helping them stay active, make new friends, and maybe even discover a new favorite sport!

Camp runs from 9:00am–3:00pm and is open to girls ages 7–12.

    Athletic Director - Maret School

    Monique Liddell is in her third year as Athletic Director and Chair of the Physical Education Department at Maret School in Washington, DC.

    In her first twelve years at Maret, she served as the head girls basketball coach. In her last season with the Frogs, she led them to a 2nd place finish in the ISL AA division, and her team competed through the semifinals of the DCSAA State Tournament. Throughout her time with the program, she has notched multiple top three finishes in ISL AA conference play and secured the 2019 DCSAA Girls Basketball Coach of the Year award. Coach Liddell has played the game at every level and enjoys working with girls who are passionate about sports.

    A native of Sacramento, CA, Coach Liddell received multiple honors during her playing career, including All-MEAC selections (1996-2000), Morgan State Female Athlete of the Year (2000), and a Morgan State University Hall of Fame Induction in 2015.

    Brooke Wilson

    Coach

    DMV resident, Brooke Wilson split her high school career between Sidwell Friends School and Eleanor Roosevelt High School where she competed as a three-sport athlete in volleyball, basketball, and track and field. Locally, she was the volleyball Player of the Year in Prince George's County and was a two-time first-team All-Met selection and two-time state champion in basketball her junior and senior seasons. She went on to play basketball at George Washington University, finishing with an undergraduate degree in criminal justice, a graduate certificate in leadership development, and a master’s degree in education and human development. She is the head varsity girls basketball coach and has been working as a physical education teacher at Maret since 2015.

Who's Got Next:

Who’s Got Next I is a full-day sports and activity camp led by Maret Athletic Director Monique Liddell. It is designed to provide a girl-powered environment for athletes to let loose and be active. The camp offers skill instruction across a variety of sports, daily physical challenges, and team-building activities to boost confidence and independence. All skill levels are welcome—whether you're trying a sport for the first time or looking to sharpen your skills.

Athletes will explore multiple sports throughout the week, gaining opportunities to grow both on and off the playing field. Daily physical challenges will combine skills from different sports as participants collaborate in small and large groups to tackle fun, problem-solving tasks that build communication and teamwork. Sports include soccer, basketball, volleyball, tennis, flag football, and more. It’s a fast-paced, action-packed, and fun-filled week that active girls won’t want to miss!

Who’s Got Next II is a full-day sports and activity camp led by Maret Athletic Director Monique Liddell that provides an all-girl sport experience designed to take an athlete's game to the next level. Each day will be packed with sport-specific skill instruction and a “beyond-the-playing-field” experience that includes classroom activities designed to strengthen the mental game. Campers will also have the unique opportunity to engage daily with top performing high school athletes. All skill levels in any sport are welcome.

This girl-powered environment emphasizes the complete development of the athlete through activities that sharpen both mind and body. Participants will rotate through skill development sessions in a variety of sports, small group training to improve movement, and classroom sessions focused on building mental strength and confidence. Sports featured include soccer, basketball, volleyball, and tennis, with additional opportunities for large-group bonding through all-camp games like flag football and kickball. This joy-filled, interactive, and transformative week will equip athletes with the skills and mindset to take their game to the next level!

CIT (Coach In Training) Program:

Our Coach-in-Training (CIT) Program gives young leaders ages 12–17 the chance to step into a supportive coaching role across a variety of sports and activities. CITs assist staff with setting up games, demonstrating skills, leading warm-ups, and helping younger campers (ages 7–10) stay active, confident, and engaged. Through hands-on experience and mentorship from our coaches, CITs build leadership, communication, and teamwork skills while learning how to create a fun, positive environment. It’s the perfect way to stay involved, give back, and grow as a leader both on and off the field.

WHAT'S INCLUDED IN THE FEE?

  • Fun activities: The camp offers a wide range of age-appropriate games and enjoyable activities for your child to discover and enjoy. Campers will get the chance to explore and engage in various traditional sports and games!

  • Groupings: Campers are grouped by age

  • Lunch: Lunch is not provided.

  • Supervision: Staff members are strategically placed throughout the camp to provide optimal supervision and participate in all activities

  • Camp T-shirt: All campers receive a Nike Multi-Sport Camps t-shirt

SIBLING DISCOUNTS

We’re excited to offer a discount for families with multiple children attending this camp! If you’re registering two or more siblings, please provide your information here to receive a discount code that can be used during registration.

INSTRUCTION, EQUIPMENT, & FACILITY

  • Ratio: Low camper-to-coach ratio

  • Groupings: Campers are grouped by age, ability, and experience

  • Equipment needed: Sneakers, athletic clothes, water bottle, snacks, and sunscreen.

  • Medical Protocol: Most camps have an athletic trainer on-site to help with illness or injury. In case of an emergency, campers will be transported to the nearest hospital

Below is a suggested list of clothes, equipment, and personal items. US Sports Camps is NOT responsible for lost or stolen articles or money.

TRANSPORTATION

Transportation is not provided. Campers are responsible for getting to and from camp on their own. There is no supervision before or after camp hours so please make arrangements to pick up your child on time.

BEHAVIOR POLICIES

We may ask campers who require 1×1 supervision, disrupt the camp experience, or threaten the safety of themselves or others to leave camp. Behaviors meriting expulsion include, but are not limited to: a cause or threat of violence, putting themselves or others in danger, possession of a weapon, possession or use of alcohol, tobacco, nicotine, drugs or illegal substance, robbery, damage to property, sexual misconduct or assault, harassment, hazing, racist remarks or acts, or intimidation. In those cases, we will contact a parent to pick up the child immediately. We do not issue refunds to campers who are asked to leave camp.

***Camps are open to any and all entrants. Enrollment in our camps is limited only by age, gender, and capacity restrictions as specified by each camp.

FAQ

  • We welcome individual campers and teams. If you come to camp by yourself, it's a great place to meet new friends who share your enthusiasm for the sport and to have FUN!

  • Yes, campers are supervised by the coaches and staff. All staff members complete criminal and sex offender background checks before working the camp.

  • Our Health & Release Form does not require a doctor’s signature. This online form is required to be filled out accurately, signed by the parent (guardian), and completed before your first day of camp.

    • If you need to cancel for any reason up to 24 hours before camp check-in, you will receive a camp credit voucher for the tuition fees paid, valid for one year for any sport and transferable to any immediate family member. Please note that participants who do not attend their registered session (no-shows) or fail to notify USSC at least 24 hours prior to check-in will not receive a voucher or refund.

    • Refunds are available only if the Cancellation Protection was purchased at the time of registration and the cancellation is made before your payment due date (1st of the month prior to your camp start date).
