CAMP OVERVIEW:

Catering to all interests, our program offers a variety of sports including volleyball, basketball, soccer, dodgeball, flag football, and much more. For those seeking a broader summer camp experience, our Adventure Camp provides a multi-sport program with a focus on safety, affordability, and engagement, ensuring a true summer camp feel.

Our camp staff has spent months planning unique and exciting activities for the ultimate summer experience. We will be introducing many new extra-curricular activities, while still including our most popular sports, games and events. Over the years, the Sofive staff has established many important and meaningful traditions that we look forward to sharing and experiencing with your child.

All necessary camp information is on this page. If there are any imperative changes prior to camp start, registered campers will be notified via email and this webpage will be updated!

WHAT'S INCLUDED IN THE FEE?

• Fun activities: The camp offers a wide range of age-appropriate games and enjoyable activities for your child to discover and enjoy. Campers will get the chance to explore and engage in various traditional sports and games!

• Groupings: Campers are grouped by age

• Lunch: Lunch options are available on-site for purchase, or you can bring a packed lunch.

• Supervision: Staff members are strategically placed throughout the camp to provide optimal supervision and participate in all activities

• Camp T-shirt: Campers who register for our full-week options will receive a Nike Sports Camps t-shirt

• Ratio: Low camper-to-coach ratio

• Groupings: Campers are grouped by age, ability, and experience

• Equipment needed: Sneakers, athletic clothes, water bottle, snacks, and sunscreen.

• Medical Protocol: Most camps have an athletic trainer on-site to help with illness or injury. In case of an emergency, campers will be transported to the nearest hospital

TRANSPORTATION

Transportation is not provided. Campers are responsible for getting to and from camp on their own. There is no supervision before or after camp hours so please make arrangements to pick up your child on time.

CAMP TUITION PAYMENTS

Full payment of camp fees must be completed by the first day of the month before camp. For example:

• June Camps: final payment is due on May 1
• July Camps: final payment is due on June 1
• August Camps: final payment is due on July 1

Any camper with an unpaid balance 10 days before the start of their camp will forfeit all camp fees paid to date and be removed from the camp.

Your confirmation email shows your balance due and balance due date. Final payments can be made through the US Sports Camps Customer Portal or by phone at 1-800-645-3226.

CANCELLATION POLICY

If you need to cancel for any reason up to 24 hours before camp check-in, you will receive a camp credit voucher for the tuition fees paid, valid for one year for any sport and transferable to any immediate family member. Please note that participants who do not attend their registered session (no-shows) or fail to notify USSC at least 24 hours prior to check-in will not receive a voucher or refund.

Refunds are available only if the Cancellation Protection was purchased at the time of registration and the cancellation is made before your payment due date (1st of the month prior to your camp start date).
