Nike Baseball Camps Announces New Camp Location in Appleton, Wisconsin

Lawrence University Nike Baseball Camp

Nike Baseball Camps, a part of US Sports Camps, the largest provider of sports camps in the world, is thrilled to announce the return to Appleton, Wisconsin. Chris Krepline, Heach Coach of the Vikings, will be leading the Nike Baseball Camp at Lawrence University, alongside some of his coaching staff and players.

A former assistant for the Vikings in 2013 and 2014, Krepline has spent the last few seasons at St. Norbert College. During his time there, Krepline amassed some pretty impressive accomplishments. Over the few years he worked with the pitching staff, St. Norbert enjoyed much success, as Krepline coached six All-Midwest Conference pitchers, along with four All-Central Region pitchers. Krepline also had the Midwest Conference Northern Division Pitcher of the Year the past three years. During his short stint with St. Norbert, Krepline elevated their pitching staff to one of the best in the region, allowing them to win three Midwest Conference Northern Division titles, a Midwest Conference title and earn a birth in the NCAA Tournament.

This four-day, July camp in Appleton, Wisconsin is offered to ball players between the ages of 8 and 18 and is open to players of all skill levels. This camp will focus primarily on individual instruction based on defensive position, hitting and the mental aspect of baseball. This camp also utilizes cutting-edge technology, including radar gun readings as well as video analysis technology. This camp offers both a Day Camp (9 a.m. – 4 p.m.) and an overnight camp experience, giving campers an opportunity to experience athletics on a college campus. Campers participating in the overnight camp will get to live the life of a college athlete for a few days as they sleep in the dorms, eat in the cafeteria and utilize the state-of-the-art athletic facilities that Lawrence University has.

The camp this July at Lawrence University provides an exciting opportunity for youth athletes to be instructed by a very credited and capable coaching staff at an amazing school and facility. “We’re thrilled to be working with Coach Krepline and the Viking baseball program. This is a great opportunity for ball players from across Wisconsin and the Mid-west to learn from an elite coaching staff and see what it takes to play at the next level.” States Josh Scriven, a Manager with Nike Baseball Camps.

Registration for 2020 is now open now. Players, coaches, and parents interested in Nike Baseball Camps can visit https://www.ussportscamps.com/... for more information.
