Nike Baseball Camps Introduces Partnership With GPA Baseball To Provide An Elite Program
NIKE Baseball Camps partner with GPA Baseball to offer a program specifically for high school baseball players looking to develop themselves as a student athlete.
San Rafael, CA January 21, 2014 - NIKE Baseball Camps partner with GPA Baseball to offer a program specifically for high school baseball players looking to develop and get exposure to prestigious academic universities. Nike GPA Baseball Camps provides a convenient way for athletes and their families to learn about each university’s program by bringing the camp and collegiate coaches to the players.
“We are excited to be partners with GPA Baseball,” states Mike de Surville, Vice President of US Sports Camps. “They have a unique program for high school baseball players, one that gives players exposure to some of the highest academic universities in the country in one setting while coaching and the guiding each player on how to be a collegiate student athlete."
GPA (Grades Plus Athletics) Baseball was established by five coaches from some of the most prestigious academic universities in the country who wanted to increase access to their programs and teaching methods to interested student-athletes all over the country. Coaches from Cornell University, Georgetown University, Christopher Newport University, Brown University, Wake Forest University, and Temple University will be in attendance at each camp.
