NBC Basketball Launch Outside the Arc Podcast with Coach R-Jay Barsh

NBC Basketball is excited to announce the release of the Outside the Arc podcast, hosted by Coach Barsh. Elevate your coaching in attitude, relationships, and culture. What does it take to turn your locker room into a winning locker room? What does it mean to cultivate relationships outside the game? Tune in to find out! 

Coach Barsh has won at every level, Final Four WIAA High School with the Lincoln ABES of Tacoma, Washington,  Elite 8 NCAA III at University of Puget Sound and Junior College Championship (NWAACC) with Tacoma Community College.  In his second year of coaching at Southeastern University, located in Lakeland, FL, he had the Fire basketball team going to the NAIA Final Four. This past season his team won the Conference Championship.  Now, with 6 years under his belt at SEU, Coach Barsh prides himself as a player’s coach, he is nationally known for his skill development and motivational coaching approach.
