New Arkansas volleyball camp offered by US Sports Camps

A new Arkansas volleyball camp has been announced by US Sports Camps, the largest provider of sports camps in the world. The Nike Volleyball Camp in Fort Smith will be held at the Fort Smith Juniors Volleyball Complex, a 22,000 square foot facility that contains 4 courts. Returning to direct this Nike Volleyball Camp is Kimberly Weaver, Assistant Coach at the University of Arkansas-Fort Smith.

Coach Weaver brings years of experience to the court. As the former director at Texas Wesleyan University, she has coached hundreds of campers since 2014. Weaver will also add an impressive coaching line up of UAFS volleyball staff to the new camp in Fort Smith. This means that players from the Sebastian County area have a chance to work with a collegiate level coaching staff.

“Have a new volleyball camp in Arkansas was very important to us,” says Siera Love, National Manager of Nike Volleyball Camps. “We are always looking for ways to expand our camps, and Kimberly was eager to add one in her area. We can’t wait to help girls improve their skills and have fun!”

Under the UAFS instruction, players will be able to improve their mechanics and fundamentals through a combination of position-specific drills and live-game play. Our All Skills camp is available to athletes of any skill level and offer an opportunity to improve each campers game. On the last day of the camp, players will have a tournament with their fellow athletes and be able to compete.
