Nike Volleyball Camps Announces a New Memphis Volleyball Camp
Nike Volleyball Camps, a division of US Sports Camps, the largest provider of sports camps in the world, has announced a new Tennessee volleyball camp. Camp will be held at University of Memphis, in their state-of-the-art Elma Roane Fieldhouse, with both extended day and overnight volleyball camps for boys and girls looking to get better this summer.
The Nike Volleyball Camp at the University of Memphis will be directed by Sean Burdette, the Head Womens Volleyball Coach at University of Memphis. Coach Burdette was recently named the new Head Volleyball Coach of the Memphis volleyball program, coming to them from University of Wisconsin Green Bay, where he served as head coach for the last 4 seasons.
“We are excited to work with Sean Burdette this summer in Memphis,” says Siera Love, VP of Nike Volleyball Camps. “This will be a special opportunity for boys and girls in the area to train with college coaches and get expert preseason training.”
The Nike Volleyball Camp will feature three Position Specialty Clinics, an All Skills Camp, and an Advanced Camp. The Position Specialty Clinics will focus on hitting, setting, and defense/ball control and are geared towards boys and girls ages 10-18. The All Skills Camp is designed for boys and girls ages 10-18, of all ability levels, looking to learn fundamentals and build confidence in the sport. The Advanced Camp is for high school or club level players, ages 14-18, looking to refine their skills and gain expert feedback.
