Virtual Volleyball Camps Opening Summer 2020
NBC Volleyball Camps will open two virtual volleyball camps for boys and girls this summer in July and August. Students from around the globe can experience the excitement and intensity of NBC Volleyball from the safety of their homes. Campers will connect via zoom, group chats, and a custom app that allows students to upload videos for coaches' feedback. Campers will be given detailed workouts for them to do at home.
"One of the greatest obstacles during COVID-19 has been how to have an intensive workout as well as how to accurately improve skill for volleyball at home. Volleyball is a difficult sport to know how to get individual touches and improvements with the ball. We asked our volleyball experts to create drills that will move the needle on talent development.. A camper only needs a ball, a wall, an iPhone, tablet or computer, and a great attitude for camp this summer. We also priced the camps as inexpensively as possible for athletes from any background to be able to join in, " says NBC Volleyball Camps' Chief Operations Officer Jennifer Ferch.
NBC Volleyball has limited openings for camp this summer. Campers and parents are encouraged to register soon.
Virtual Volleyball Camp Highlights:
· NBC intensive workouts and drills to challenge and inspire you
· Accountability to check-in with your progress daily
· Super engaging and interactive Live Zoom ball-handling workouts
· Supervised chat rooms to access coaches for advice and direction
A 4-day program that will host live Zoom workouts, daily workouts using the Famer App, coach chat rooms, and leadership/life skills training components.
2020 Virtual Camp Dates:
· July 20-23 (Registration deadline July 16)
· August 10-13 (Registration deadline August 6)
Ages/Camp Types: Boys and Girls welcome
Virtual Camp - Advanced (13-18)
Virtual Camp - Intermediate (11-14)
Strongly encouraged that athletes have a volleyball, an empty wall space, phone, or tablet. Camper accounts will be activated through device cell numbers.
Cost $150 per person
Campers from all over the world can enroll for Virtual Camps for summer 2020.
All camp times and events are Pacific Daylight Time (PDT).
