Volleyball Camp in Minnesota added by US Sports Camps
US Sports Camps, the largest provider of sports camps in the world, has added a new volleyball camp in Minnesota. This camp will be held in Eden Prairie at Champions Hall, a state-of-the-art facility that contains 7 hardwood courts, an indoor turf facility, and a restaurant. Players will train under Nike Volleyball Camp Director and founder of The McCarthy Project, Stephen McCarthy.
McCarthy has been a Nike Volleyball Camp Director for several years, hosting multiple camps across the country. He is the founder of The McCarthy Project, an organization that trains athletes and individuals for their upcoming season or career. He has developed over 150 NCAA athletes in various sports such as volleyball, swimming, basketball, and hockey. McCarthy will be lending his vast knowledge of volleyball and training to the Minnesota volleyball camp.
“We have really loved teaming up with Stephen McCarthy over the last few years,” says Siera Love, Nike Volleyball Camps National Manager. “He's an incredibly passionate person and is enthusiastic about reaching out to these campers and creating a positive volleyball training experience that will instill skills to take them to the next level.”
Under McCarthy’s direction, players will experience a combination of intensive volleyball instruction and live-game play in an open and competitive environment. Campers from around the Twin Cities will be able to compete and train with other fellow volleyball players from their area helping them become a better player and teammate.
This camp is set to run June 17-20 and will run 9:00am-3:00pm daily. All campers will receive about 4-5 hours of volleyball instruction at Champions Hall.
