OSU Collegiate Experience Overnight Camp
Youth Camps & Clinics
Camp Dates:

*CHECK IN FOR YOUTH CAMPS WILL BE FROM 9AM TO 10AM ON THE FIRST DAY OF CAMP
These camps are designed for players to develop their overall soccer skills. The focus will be on techniques such as dribbling, passing, shooting, and receiving. Camps are open to players of ages 6-18 and all skill levels. All the techniques learned will be put into game and competitive situations. The camps will be run by the OSU soccer staff and members of the Cowgirl Soccer Team. GOALKEEPER ACADEMY
The Goalkeeping Academy is run in conjunction with every OSU Soccer Camp and is available to those players currently playing goalkeeper or those who may be interested in playing. Goalkeepers of all ages and abilities are invited to attend. Goalkeepers will be put in training groups of similar age and ability in order to maximize learning potential. Goalkeepers will receive specialized Keeper training from the OSU Goalkeeper Coach, along with current and former Cowgirl Goalkeepers.
OVERNIGHT INFORMATION
The information below is based on previous years and is subject to change each year. Final housing information for this camp will be provided closer to the camp’s start date.
Number of Campers Per Room: TBD
Roommates: Rooms are assigned by age & roommate requests. Roommate requests must be mutual, If you don't have a roommate request, you will be placed in a room with someone near your age. It will be a great opportunity to meet someone new!
Linens: Not provided. Bring twin sized linens or sleeping bag, pillow, pillowcase, and a towel

Meals: Day 1: Dinner | Day 2-3: Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner | Day 4: Breakfast
A closing ceremony will take place approximately 30 minutes prior to camp check-out on the last day. Parents are invited to attend! Departure immediately follows the closing ceremony

- Day Camp Hours: 9:00am-8:00pm
- Meals: Day 1: Dinner | Day 2-3: Lunch, Dinner | Day 4: None

WHAT'S INCLUDED IN THE FEE?
- Instruction: Training from the OK State Women's Soccer coaching staff.
- Meals & Housing: Dormitory housing on campus and all meals are provided.
- Supervision: Staff members reside in rooms strategically placed throughout the dorm to provide optimal supervision and participate in all activities
- Camp T-shirt: All campers receive a Nike Soccer Camps t-shirt
INSTRUCTION, EQUIPMENT, & FACILITY
Ratio: Low camper-to-coach ratio
Groupings: Campers are grouped by age, ability, and experience
Equipment Needed: All campers must bring soccer cleats, shin guards, athletic shoes, and a water bottle.
Facility: TBD
Medical Protocol: Most camps have an athletic trainer on-site to help with illness or injury. In case of an emergency, campers will be transported to the nearest hospital
CHECKLIST OF THINGS TO BRING
Below is a suggested list of clothes, equipment, and personal items. US Sports Camps is NOT responsible for lost or stolen articles or money.

- Comfortable off-court clothing (pants/shorts, shirts, sweatshirts, 1 pair/day)

- Toiletries (shampoo, conditioner, bodywash, facewash, hairbrush, toothbrush, toothpaste, deodorant, etc.)

TRANSPORTATION
Transportation is not provided. Campers are responsible for getting to and from camp on their own. There is no supervision before or after camp hours so please make arrangements to pick up your child on time.
