I really loved the Vogelsinger camp. It was such a great experience meeting people from all over the world - both coaches and players. I have made new friends from all over. I really enjoyed the level of play in the scrimmages and the training. I definitely want to return next year and for more than 1 week. It was a great time!
My sons (12, 14) have just returned from a week with Vogelsinger in MA. It was their first overnight camp, so we were all hesitant and highly anxious. However, as soon as we got to the camp, they felt welcome and at home. They had no adjustment issues. They enjoyed the food and the dorms and mostly the high level of soccer. They felt like they improved and learned so much that week and we're ready to stay longer, which unfortunately, we could not let them. Yet, they are ready for next year and feel like this is the only soccer camp worth the time and the money and that's the only one they want to attend in the future. Thank you so much for a wonderful week! From a parent of two extremely satisfied boys.
I read the reviews of other campers online before I went but still really did not know what to expect from the soccer camp. It was intense work and a full day of training and I was very tired at the end of each day. I thought that the keeper training was the best I have ever had - Mustapha is the best! I can't wait to go back next year and I hope to stay for three weeks.
Camp program was excellent and intense, great instruction, international coaches and campers. Wonderful camaraderie between coaches and campers Food was home-cooked and fresh - accommodations good. The program was organized and well run - staff courteous, knowledgeable and friendly. A great experience overall - will definitely go back.
My daughter called me after two days and told me that this is the best camp she had ever attended. She raved that she had learned more in those two days than she could have imagined! Her goalie coaches were excellent and challenged her every day.
I feel that VS is a great way to prepare for the high school soccer season. My older sister went for 2 years and also felt it really prepared her for tryouts. I am looking forward to next year already.
Daughter came home happy, and tired. She woke up the next morning looking for her soccer ball so she could play some more. After an intense high school season she needed to rediscover the joy of playing while improving her skills - Mission accomplished with Vogelsinger - thank you so very much.
Ella loved the drills, the scrimmages and all of the coaching. She really appreciated the coaches, as well as her ability to play with up with older players. She liked her fellow players very much.
I learned some new techniques for shooting more accurately and how to properly strike the ball with instep. It is good to work with new coaches that don't know how I play at first to see what they say that is different from my regular coaches. He enjoyed the busy schedule and meeting new players from other countries.
I think Vogelsinger Camp is an excellent camp for the serious soccer player to finetune his or her skills and engance their game level. The program is intensive but loads of fun and my son is counting the days until the next camp. Could Vogelsinger offer more East coast camps in Fall/Winter and Spring as well? Could Vogelsinger expand to Europe? We live there and i think the approach with the international staff is unique and would be extremely well received in Europe!!!
Vogelsinger, to date, is the most professionally run camp my son has attended. He comes home inspired to play better and harder and always improves upon his skills. I would highly recommend the camp to any player or parent who is serious about the game of soccer.
My son was feeling burned out after years of club soccer and club soccer camps. The high quality international coaches and former international players introduced him to new training sessions and techniques which renewed and refreshed his love for the game. I highly recommend this camp! It was a great experience for my son.
It's been a fantastic experience. Playing with children from all over the world and training with great coaches from different nations is a marvelous experience for me. The location was outstanding. If you really want to learn soccer then you should go.
First overnight experience. Great fun with friends and meeting new people. It was exhausting though. Very intense. She learned about hard work and how intense training can be
I loved the camp, I had a ton of fun for the two weeks I was there, and I definitely improved as a player, but also made some very strong friendships that I will carry on with me forever.
The staff at the Academy assisted in my dribbling, crossing, vision and shooting. they were incredibly helpful in breaking down my game step by step and providing me with the tactics necessary to improve. Would absolutely recommend this camp to anyone looking to improve their soccer skills.
My daughter is very focused for a 9 year old goalie. We have tried many different camps but she often comes home frustrated by the lack of focus from the trainers and other campers. Vogel camp was exactly what she was looking for as a player. She loved being pushed to her limit! Emily got the opportunity to play with others who were a little older with more experience and enjoyed the challenge. I would recommend this camp to her entire travel team in the future. She is already talking about going next year!!
My foster son arrived in the United States as a refugee from a third world country just 4 months ago. This camp helped him tremendously during a very difficult adjustment period. All the coaches went above and beyond to teach him soccer and social skills. He emerged with confidence, friendship, English skills and a positive attitude towards people from all countries. And, of course, his soccer skills improved, especially evidenced during his first days of practice on his new high schools soccer team!
I recommend Vogelsinger to all aspiring soccer players. I had a fantastic time meeting and working with such experienced coaches from around the globe. Additionally, meeting campers and making friends with other campers from all over the glove is fantastic.
I'd highly recommend Vogelsinger to anyone serious about improving their skills and fitness, the coaches do an amazing job. I had an awesome session.
This was the first time that Andres was at an overnight camp and he went with his older brother, Alejandro to the Vogelsinger Camp. After a very long and hard 18 months due to the global pandemic and all the challenging situations it brought upon kids, it was so great to see them have the opportunity to be kids and have a good time learning something new, making some new friends, and expanding their sense of independence and confidence. In normal times, these are great qualities in a camp. However, in this very moment these can be extraordinary experiences that help us all work our way back to a new normal post the pandemic. Thank you to the entire staff for making it an excellent experience -- we genuinely and sincerely appreciate it.

My son Ben was very apprehensive on the first day of camp, as one of only a handful of 9-year-olds participating in the All-Star program. Vogelsinger coaches and staff made him - and me! - feel very comfortable, and he had a wonderful time during the week. The coaches and staff truly respected Ben's feelings and concerns. Oh, their soccer skills and instruction were also phenomenal!
The Vogelsinger Soccer Academy is a great program. In the summer of 2013 I came for the first time for one week. I enjoyed the training so much that this past summer I came back for two weeks. My skills have improved so much and I am very happy that I decided to come back this summer. While Vogelsinger is an amazing camp it is also very intense. If you do not think that you could handle that then you do not need to do it. If you are up for the challenge I recommend you come to this camp because I had a great time and my soccer playing has improved so much.
Vogelsinger Soccer academy is the place to go if you are a serious soccer player and if you love the game. It is a place where you go to get better, not to fool around and do nothing but to actually improve everything about you as a soccer player. The camp can be exhausting but by the end of it, you feel as if you were a step away from playing with Messi and Iniesta.
Both our sons attended a week-long camp and their skill levels improved tremendously. Additionally, their enthusiasm for the sport increased as they found fellow soccer players (some international) with which they could discuss soccer strategy, past and future soccer programs, and soccer superstars to watch. Their coaches became their friends and mentors. They both look forward to returning to the Vogelsinger Soccer Academy next year.

Doug Parra, along with coaches Luis and Steve (whom she had) were very engaging on a continuous basis. They seemed to push her to her limits. Well Done! Coach Danielle as well! She loved the coaching, technical work and friendships she made.

Violet loved how long and intense the trainings were. The futsal was awesome. The food was amazing. She loved hanging out and watching movies at night. She made a lot of friends, loved the coaches, and had a fantastic time!
My son has an enormous amount of respect for his coaches, especially Mustapha Achab. Making a new friend (Arden) and improving his goalkeeping skill set were his highlights. He loved continuing to work on his goalkeeper skills and added foot skills this year.
It's been over 20 years since I attended the camp, and was coaching professionally overseas. I want to thank you and Vogelsinger for helping to mold the passion inside, it was the toughest, most focused camp I've ever attended, and am incredibly grateful for the opportunity. I'll never forget it. Love what you say here about music and soccer. So true, soccer is truly an art, and you show incredible depth in what you speak of here.
Thank you very much, for the outstanding and amazing two weeks at the academy. I really enjoyed it and I surpassed my goals that I set myself at the begging of the academy. The coaches have been fantastic and outstanding, They have given me the confidence that I needed to become a better player and a better person!

She loved the knowledge of the coaches and the style of sessions. Especially loved the scrimmages after dinner. She made friends and hopes to attend next year.
Great coaching, and a program that progressed over the week.
My child had a wonderful time and really benefitted from the small group and focused attention
My daughter loved how much she got to play soccer, and that she got to play with older kids. She also loved the down time and meeting new friends.
Seeing my child come out of his shell- making new friends. I also loved that a mental training session
My son was one of the oldest in the group and he appreciated how the coach interacted with them differently than the young er kids
The keeper training was phenomenal. Mr. Achab did an incredible job working with my daughter and provided her with valuable skills that enabled her to participate at a higher level of play as a freshman in high school. I highly recommend the goalie camp to any keeper.
As an international camper I found Vogelsinger very helpful to improve from the soccer basics to the complex. I met wonderful people and made lots of friends from different countries. I had lots of fun.
Vogelsinger is the best camp for serious soccer players, with intense training sessions led by world class coaches! The level of competition and fun is very high.

This was her third year attending the Vogelsinger brooks camp. In years past she attended with one of her club teammates. This year she was a single player but still wanted to go. She enjoyed most the afternoon sessions with Daniel. He was the coach of her group that focused on midfield players. She felt he was tough, smart, direct but really cared and wanted to make each player better. She appreciated his direct feedback and his ability to also make them laugh. Bella also liked as in years past the night games.
The camp brings together kids who are passionate about soccer with coaches who are as passionate. As a result, the level of learning/play is much higher than most camps. The coaches reinforce the importance of fitness at all times. The coaches use discipline but with humor. It works.
I enjoyed this camp a lot we worked really hard and learned a lot. The coaches were amazing. They pushed you to improve a lot but they were able to keep it fun too. Nice campus everyone on staff was really nice.

I really liked how as a goalie i was separate from the field players for a more individualized training/drills.
I was hesitant about the intensity of the week but my son LOVED the camp. He made new friends, they all plan on going back next year. He is more confident not only about his soccer skills but also about handling himself away from home. It was a wonderful experience.
