Nike Softball Camps
Register for our newest Nike Softball Camp in San Diego County at CSU San Marcos and enjoy elite-level coaching while making memories to last a lifetime. Open to players of all ability levels, the camp offers a unique opportunity to train under the direction of experienced coaches in a fun, competitive environment.
Overnight Camp
Our overnight camp offers an immersive, on-campus softball experience. For the duration of the camp, players reside in the CSUSM dormitories in adjacent rooms to the camp staff while training with current and former college coaches and athletes. The tuition includes housing, meals, fun evening activities, as well as college recruiting and sports psychology seminars (parents are encouraged to attend the seminars!). This program is open to girls of all ability levels, ages 10-17, and groups are separated by age and ability level on the first day.
Day Camp (9:00am – 4:00pm)
Nike Softball Camps also offers a summer day camp program for local players ages 8-17. This program runs 9:00am-4:00pm (schedule varies on first and last day) includes daytime training only. Campers must bring their own lunch or purchase on campus. This program is open to players of all ability levels, and groups are separated by age and ability level on the first day.
The Nike Softball Camp at CSU San Marcos is open to any and all entrants and limited only by number, age and gender. The Nike Softball Camp at CSU San Marcos is not owned, sponsored, co-sponsored or controlled by the University. Campers may be transported from campus to nearby athletic facilities by bus each day

Westy McQueen is the owner and camp director for Next Athletes, operator of Nike Sports Camps. Westy has over 10 years of experience operating youth programs and has designed the Next Athletes programs with the purpose of providing a truly memorable, athletic development experience for each child.

Assistant Softball Coach, Bushnell University Sam Silver
Sam Silver is an assistant softball coach at Bushnell University and serves as a lead coach for Nike Softball Camps and Next Athletes.

Camp Details
Instruction will focus primarily on hitting, fielding, base-running, and game situations. You can expect high demand for these first come first serve camper spots, so please be sure to register early.

Campers Per Room: 2
Roommates: Rooms are assigned by age & roommate requests. Roommate requests must be received no later than 14 days before the start of camp. If you don't have a roommate request, you will be placed in a room with someone near your age. It will be a great opportunity to meet someone new!
Linens: Not included. Bring linens (Twin XL) or sleeping bag, pillow, pillowcase, and a towel.

Ratio: 1:10 staff to camper ratio
Groupings: Campers are grouped by ability, age, and experience, per the Director's discretion.

MEDICAL PROTOCOL
Most camps have an athletic trainer on-site to help with illness or injury. In case of an emergency, campers will be transported to the nearest hospital.
TRAVEL
Nike Softball Camps does not provide transportation from airports, train stations or bus depots. If you have a child flying to camp, please arrange a shuttle or taxi service.
TEAM/GROUP DISCOUNT
If you have a team or group of 5 or more campers registering for the same camp, each camper may be eligible for a discount. To receive the group discount, please have someone email US Sports Camps at [email protected] with the following information: Camp name, list of camper names, and the number of campers. We will respond with a unique discount code for everyone in the group to use during online registration. *Note: Discount amounts vary by program, so please reach out for more details.
