Nike Softball Camps
Don’t miss your chance in the summer of 2025 to make new friendships and receive elite-level training at East Lake High School in Tarpon Springs, FL. Young athletes will have a great opportunity to improve in all components of the game with Director Kristie Delk and their coaching staff. They will ensure a positive and encouraging atmosphere each day as campers have a great time competing with each other. Each day, campers will develop their softball hitting, fielding, base running, and team play to help them compete at the highest level with their schools and club teams.

Director Kristie Delk
Head Coach Kristie Delk has been leading the East Lake program since 2013. Prior to East Lake, Delk was the Head Coach at Eckerd College in St. Petersburg. While at Eckerd, Delk led the Tritons to the most wins in a single season in almost 10 years. Coach Delk played college softball at Olivet Nazarene University in Bourbonnais, Illinois.

Coach Kayla Christensen
Named 1st Team PCAC shortstop, Kayla will play college softball for Georgia Southern University. She was named the 2023 6A District 14 Player of the Year and was named to the 2024 FACA Senior All-Star. Christensen played travel ball for the Tampa Mustangs.

Coach Steph Hartness
Originally from Niceville, Florida, Harness attended Niceville High School, where she was a 5A State Champion, 5A and 6A State Player of the Year, and two time First Team All American.

Camp Details
Instruction will focus primarily on hitting, fielding, base-running, and game situations. You can expect high demand for these first come first serve camper spots, so please be sure to register early.

2025 SUMMER CAMP INFORMATION
- Dates: July 14-17, 2025
- Age Group: 6-14
- Camp Type: Half Day Camp (Ages 6-8) & Day Camp (Ages 8-14)
- Half-Day Camp Schedule: Monday-Thursday, 9:00am-12:00pm
- Day Camp Schedule: Monday-Thursday, 9:00am-3:00pm
- Check-In: Begins 30 minutes prior to the camp start time.
- Meals: Lunch is not provided. Please bring a snack/lunch to camp each day.
WHAT'S INCLUDED IN THE FEE?
- Daily Softball Instruction
- Supervision: Campers are supervised by staff during camp hours

INSTRUCTION & FACILITY
Ratio: 1:10 staff to camper ratio
Groupings: Campers are grouped by ability, age, and experience, per the Director's discretion.
Facility: Outdoor Fields.

MEDICAL PROTOCOL
Most camps have an athletic trainer on-site to help with illness or injury. In case of an emergency, campers will be transported to the nearest hospital.
TRAVEL
Nike Softball Camps does not provide transportation from airports, train stations or bus depots. If you have a child flying to camp, please arrange a shuttle or taxi service.
TEAM/GROUP DISCOUNT
If you have a team or group of 5 or more campers registering for the same camp, each camper may be eligible for a discount. To receive the group discount, please have someone email US Sports Camps at [email protected] with the following information: Camp name, list of camper names, and the number of campers. We will respond with a unique discount code for everyone in the group to use during online registration. *Note: Discount amounts vary by program, so please reach out for more details.
