  COACH JACLYN GUIDI'S MISSION: Is to empower women and give them the opportunity to succeed on and off the field. She believes they are students first and athletes second. She runs her softball program in a positive atmosphere and teaches the players how to work hard to fulfill their goals. Helping student-athletes grow mentally and physically drives her each day to improve as a mentor.

  Won PCAC Conference Champs in 2012- Hasn't happen since 1985 at Mesa
  Won Back to Back Conference Championships 2012 & 2013- 1st ever at Mesa
  Won 32 games in 2013- Most ever in a single season at Mesa
  Received my 200th win in 2018 as a Head Coach at Mesa
  Helped over 50 student-athletes receive scholarships out of Mesa

  Philosophy- Teaching student-athletes that commitment of their academics comes first and being an athlete comes second.
  Belief- With hard work and dedication you will be able to accomplish your goals in our softball program.

  WHAT ARE YOUR GOALS FOR YOUR ATHLETES?

  Transfer to a University or get into a certified program at Mesa.
  Have over a 3.0 GPA and a .300% batting average as a team.
  Have a winning percentage over .500%.
  Make Playoffs!

  WHY DID YOU CHOOSE TO COACH AT MESA COLLEGE?

  The academic programs offered at Mesa are top in the state and our Athletic Department staff is very supported.
  
  

  WHAT DO YOU ENJOY IN YOUR SPARE TIME?

  Coaching my boys little league, basketball and soccer teams. Doing outdoor activities with my family including swimming, hiking, and playing sports.

  I enjoyed playing at Mesa College, so I wanted to help current and future players.

  In my spare time, I like to spend time with my family and friends, take care of my cat, and go to Padre games.
