Second time at Pebble Beach camp
This is the second time at the pebble beach camp and I cant say enough great things about the venue. Kai is also so professional along with Bill the head pro at pebble beach. It would be nice to have the pros that they bring in be more on the same program as Kai and Bill. I think there was some confusion with what was suppose to be taught on certain courts. The weather was also amazing but who has control over that? Overall a very nice camp but could use some tweaking.

Learned new skills and strategy!
May 4, 2021: Learned new skills and also learned strategy for playing singles. I was grouped together with a great team with similar skill level which was critical for many drills.

Great courts and environment
May 4, 2021: I thought the facility was fantastic. Great courts and environment. Kai and Bill were really friendly, supportive, skillful and good at explaining things. The lunch on the first day and the dinner on the second day were great settings with good food. I got to meet a lot of people in the camp through different sessions while also working with players at similar skill levels during the technical sessions which was a great way to go about doing it for everyone.

Loved it!
April 22, 2021:The instructors were all fantastic and Kie was a great director who ran everything smoothly and mixed it up with us on the court at various times. The lunch at the Beach Club was superb as was the dinner at Spanish Bay. The location was amazing! Loved it.

I miss it already!
April 17, 2021: First of all it is a beautiful environment can’t beat Carmel. The ratio of coaches to players 1:4 is excellent. The drills were challenging . I noticed all levels were getting a great tennis workout. The coaches were friendly and really encouraging. I personally like the shared anecdotes about their experiences at at various tournaments and Opens. It was a great camp!! I miss it already!

Outstanding!
April 15, 2021: The coaches were super fun, super knowledgeable, cared about the camper's experience...and overall. Just outstanding to learn from and be around! Amazing setting too of course! Only suggestion would be to have the Roy's dinner on Friday eve rather than Saturday...the campers bonded a bit during the dinner and would have been fun to play after bonding at dinner

I would definitely recommend!
April 14, 2021: Honestly, there’s so much that I loved. All the different strategies I gained, I really feel more well-rounded of a tennis player. I loved the energy of the pros, too, which made it more comfortable to engage and enjoyable. I loved how organized and intimate the practice was. Especially since I heard from others at the camp how they’ve been to other camps that had higher student-teacher ratios and which were disorganized. I would definitely recommend this to my friends and I hope to come back again!

Nothing compares to the experience that they provide.
May 21, 2018: Kai Foreman and Bill Quarro are really such rare gems in this world! They are so professional, so friendly and positive. Outstanding customer service, very engaged with the members. Do a great job of combining groups according to skill level. Obviously they are very skilled players and coaches, but have that Very extra something special. Very very good people!! Oh I forgot to say that the camp is in the most beautiful location at Pebble Beach. Beautiful views, fantastic food! We’ve been to other camps but nothing compares to the experience that they provide.

really enjoyed working with the instructors
June 16, 2016: I really enjoyed working with the instructors, and Kie Foreman. Only suggestion is to not have singles and doubles strategy sessions happening at the same time. I would have liked to attend both sessions.

enthusiastic and attentive staff
9/15/2015 - The staff at Pebble Beach were so enthusiastic and attentive to each and every player. There were five of us from our tennis club who traveled together to attend, and I couldn't think of a better way to improve our tennis! The director, Kai, and all of his staff were incredible.

a great experience
9/14/2015 - Having a 'cheat sheet' of the highlights of what each of the instructors taught us during the weekend would be helpful for those of us who like to review notes. I wrote down things at the end of each day, but if each instructor could provide a few sentences for each of the sessions, it would help those of us that have trouble remembering. All in all, it has been a great experience and I hope to be a participant in a future camp.
