Nike Basketball Camp - Two on Two Opposite Block Touch Drill

If you are looking for a basketball drill to work on transitional offense and defense, passing on the go, and conditioning, check out the Two on Two Opposite Block Touch Drill! For this drill, you will need two players on each side of the key, and two cones on the outside of the 3 pointer line. The two top players will be on offense and the two bottom players will be on defense. When the coach yes "Go!", the two top players will sprint and run around the cones. The first player to reach the cone will get the ball. While that is happening, the two bottom defenders are going to slide to touch the opposite block and then get back to defend the player on the side they started on. The offensive player's goal is to score and the defensive player's goal is to block the shot and get the ball.
