Lance Morrison
Assistant Coach
Lance Morrison is in his second season as an assistant coach for the Cal women's water polo program.
Morrison, a former Division I student-athlete at the University of the Pacific, has enjoyed extensive success as a coach at both the high school and club level. Morrison was the varsity girls water polo head coach at local powerhouse Miramonte for four seasons, twice leading the Matadors to undefeated seasons that culminated in CIF Northern California championships. He also spent three seasons as the head coach for the 16-under girls at the Lamorinda Water Polo Club, registering top-25 finishes at the USA Water Polo Junior Olympics each year.
Morrison was an All-American water polo player and swimmer at Santa Rosa Junior College before moving on to UOP. He then played internationally for two years in Germany and Australia.
Morrison and his wife, Brittany, live in Orinda with their dogs, Indy and Chester.
