Lissa Olson
Assistant Coach (Jumps/Multi-Events)
Lissa Olson is an Assistant Coach for Jumps and Multi-Events at Cal. She has coached several NCAA All-Americans and conference champions, setting school records at every program she’s been a part of.
Previously, Coach Olson served as an Assistant Coach for both the men’s and women’s teams at the University of Washington, as well as the Associate Head Men's and Women's Coach at Washington State University. She made history at Purdue University as the first woman to be named head coach of a men’s team in the Big Ten Conference, leading both the men’s and women’s programs.
Olson also held the role of Associate Coach for the University of South Florida’s men’s and women’s teams and has been selected to coach on two USA national team staffs. She is currently a Volunteer Coach at Cal, continuing to bring her deep expertise and championship-level experience to the program.
