Improve your game and have serious fun at
Nike Golf Camps

Get ready for an amazing experience in Boston, MA! Join some of our top Nike Camp Directors in both Christian Brady and Marjorie Jones this summer at Brookmeadow Country Club. Experience top-notch instruction at the newly renovated driving range and practice facility this summer! Improve your game and see why hundreds of campers have attended this junior golf program.

FULL DAY CAMP

This program is a wonderful way for our campers to enjoy a full day of golf. Full day campers receive three hours of instruction each day with emphasis on putting, chipping, bunker play and full swing. After morning instruction and a break for lunch, campers will receive course play or more instruction through competitive games and competitions. Course play will be subject to availability. Full Day Camps run Monday through Friday from 9:30am to 4:30pm and are open to players of all abilities, ages 8-16. Please note: Lunch is provided for full day campers each day.

HALF DAY CAMP

This program is designed to pique the interest of new golfers while also offering intermediate golfers the instruction needed to improve. Half day campers receive three hours of instruction each day with emphasis on putting, chipping, bunker play and full swing. Half Day Camps run Monday through Friday from 9:30am to 12:30pm and are open to players of all abilities, ages 8-16. Please note: Lunch is NOT provided for half day campers each day.

*Half Day Camp will only occur on the practice facility and driving range. Course play not be provided.

Highlights Include

  • Three hours of practice with the staff covering all facets of the game; putting, chipping/pitching, full-swing
  • On-course instruction working on course management, shot selection, rules and etiquette (when available)
  • Evaluations provided to each student at the conclusion of camp
  • Games, extended lunch and ice cream on final day of camp
  • Camper amenity package including a Nike hat, drawstring bag, SRIXON golf balls, camp workbook, and graduation certificate

    Christian is a Foxborough native who learned the game on local courses like Brookmeadow. As a high school senior at Xaverian Brothers, Christian and his team won the 2018 Division 1 State Championship. He went on to Clemson University where his team won the NCCGA National Championship as a freshman. As an employee with The Seth Dichard Golf School and Nike US Sports Camps, Christian has experience teaching the game at all levels. Christian is working towards his class A PGA of America membership and is excited to help players of all levels reach their golf potential.

    Marjorie Jones will serve as Camp Director for the Nike Junior Golf Camps at Brookmeadow Country Club.

    Marjorie Jones is an accomplished teacher and player with decades of experience helping players achieve their goals in golf. “Marge” was named one of Golf Digest’s 50 Best Women Teachers in America. She has been recognized as the LPGA T&CP's Northeast Section Teacher of the Year and Player of the Year. Marjorie also won the PGA Women's Stroke Play Championship and the LPGA T&CP National Team Championship twice. A golf professional for over 30 years, she has played professional golf in Europe, Asia, Australia and in the United States on the LPGA and Legends Tours. She played in eight British Opens, five United States Opens, and has won numerous events.

    As a teacher, Majorie is driven by a desire to help students of all ages and abilities reach their full golf potential.

Camp Details

Our programs at Brookmeadow are designed for boys and girls between the ages of 8-16. The staff is on hand to provide campers with top quality instruction each day. At Nike Golf Camps we accommodate all skill levels; the junior player just discovering the game, the high school player trying to move up on the team, and the tournament level junior looking to improve his or her tournament results. Upon arrival, all participants are evaluated by the staff so that their own instructional needs can be addressed throughout the week.

  • Program: The All Abilities program is designed to improve the fundamental skills needed for golf including putting, chipping, bunker play, and full-swing. On the first day of camp, all participants will be evaluated by the instructors and placed into groups based on age and ability level in various individual, small group and full group settings.

WHAT'S INCLUDED IN THE FEE?

  • Instruction: Morning instruction and afternoon course play (for full day campers only)
  • Lunch: Lunch is included for full day campers each day.
  • Supervision: Campers are supervised by staff during camp hours.
  • Camper Amenity Package: Campers will receive an amenity package including a Nike hat, drawstring bag, SRIXON golf balls, camp workbook, and graduation certificate.

INSTRUCTION, EQUIPMENT & FACILITY

  • Ratio: 1:8 staff-to-camper ratio.
  • Groupings: Campers are grouped by age, ability, and experience.
  • Equipment Needed: Players should supply their own golf clubs, glove, golf balls, and tees. Through Nike Golf Camps we do not provide club rentals at this camp. You can reach out to the Pro-Shop at the golf course to see if they have any rentals available for your session of camp.   • Facility: Brookmeadow Country Club
  • Medical Protocol: Camp will have on-site staff to help with illness or injury. In case of an emergency, campers will be transported to the nearest hospital.

TRANSPORTATION

Transportation is not provided. Campers are responsible for getting to and from camp on their own. There is no supervision before or after camp hours so please make arrangements to pick up your child on time.

COURSE PLAY SCHEDULE

Campers receive on-course instruction on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday afternoons. The staff accompanies the group on the golf course helping with shot selection, course management and strategy. Monday afternoons are dedicated to additional evaluations and instruction. On the final day of camp (Friday), players participate in games and competitions in the afternoon prior to the closing ceremony.

*This camp must comply with regulations of the Massachusetts Department of Public Health and be licensed by LBOH.

Brookmeadow Country Club

Brookmeadow Country Club is a championship 18-hole public golf course in Canton, MA. Conveniently located just 30 minutes from Boston and 45 minutes from Providence, Brookmeadow is the ideal location for golf leagues, tournaments and company outings. Our par 72 course, which has become a South Shore favorite, offers an interesting and challenging golf experience for all skill levels.
