McDaniel College Announces New Woman's Field Hockey Coach

McDaniel College announces new Women’s Field Hockey Coach, Kellina Yarrish for 2018 season who will also direct the Nike Field Hockey Camp at McDaniel College. 

Kellina Yarrish, has spent three seasons as head coach of Cedar Crest.  She took over the program in 2015 finishing with a 10-6 record, after the program had not won a single game in 2014. In 2017, Yarrish won CSAC Coach of the Year and coached both conference’s Rookies of the Year in 2016 and 2017. 

This will be Yarrish’s first year as director of the Maryland field hockey camp held at McDaniel College. “We are excited to work with Coach Yarrish this summer,” says Siera Love, Vice President of Nike Field Hockey Camps. “She brings to the table excellent coaching skills and a positive attitude. We're confident that campers will flourish under her instruction and improve their skills.”  

The Nike Field Hockey Camp in Westminster, MD will run Friday-Sunday with both day and overnight options available. It is geared towards girls, ages 11-18, looking to improve their skills in a focused and fun environment. Camp Director Yarrish will be joined by her staff of top notch college coaches and players.
