San Rafael, CA January 28, 2014 - The Contact Football Camp at Lake Forest College, June 15-19, is an opportunity for football players of all abilities, ages 8-18, to train with Head Coach Jim Catanzaro and be given the tips to take their game to the next level. Campers will receive three sessions of football instruction each day, with the instruction covering both individual positions and team play.

Jim Catanzaro has been directing Contact Football Camps for the past seven summers and each summer he demonstrates a high level of enthusiasm, passion, and energy. Along with a reputable coaching career, Coach Catanzaro was selected as a Liberty Mutual Coach of the Year Finalist for the second consecutive year and was also named as a coach for the Stars and Stripes, a team that competes in the Tazon de Estrellas Bowl. In addition his team had 12 players named all-conference and his defense was ranked in the Top 10 in the country, in thee categories.

“Our Contact Football Camp at Lake Forest College is always a camper favorite,” Mike de Surville, Vice President of US Sports Camps and operators of the Contact Football Camps stated. “The reason being is that Coach Catanzaro finds the perfect balance of incorporating intensity and fun into each practice. Campers leave feeling more confident about their skill level.”

As with all Contact Football Camps across the country, campers have the opportunity to train each day, work hard, improve, make new friends, and have fun. "Contact" is introduced in a slow, gradual progression with campers being divided according to age, weight and ability.
