Stanford and Cal To Host Winter Lacrosse Camps

San Rafael, CA - Northern California's premier bay area lacrosse camps will be hosted this winter at Stanford and Cal Berkeley in December and January. Stanford Women's Lacrosse will be hosting their winter camp December 27-30 while Cal Women's Lacrosse will be hosting their camp December 29-31.

These camps are designed for emerging and elite high school players (ages 13-18) looking to showcase their skills to college coaches. The programs will focus on advanced skills, position play, team concepts and an overall intense level of competition.

“We love working with players from around the country and hosting one of the premier winter lacrosse camps right here at Stanford University,” says Stanford Head Coach, Amy Bokker. "It is always one of the highlights of the holiday season."

Cal's Head Coach, Brooke Eubanks, added that "Cal Lacrosse is excited to again hold a three day elite winter camp in December. Our winter lacrosse camp is a great opportunity to advance your skills and take your game to the next level!"

Cal Men's Lacrosse will also be hosting the annual Cal Boys Winter Lacrosse Clinic, January 7-8. Directed by Cal Men's Head Coach, Ned Webster, this winter clinic is designed for beginners to those with aspirations of playing for the Golden Bears (ages 8-18), and focuses on stick skills, position play, team concepts, an overall intense level of competition. Discussions on what it takes to become a Golden Bear as well as a campus tour are included.

From the coaching staffs, to the accommodations, to the fun activities in between, these winter camps are a fantastic learning experience. See your level of play greatly improve and gain further insight into what the college game is all about.
