Nike Cross Country Announces New Location at SUNY Cortland!

We are thrilled to announce the addition of the SUNY Cortland Red Dragons to our camp network.  We are running a Cross Country camp, July 17th throuth the 21st.   The goal of our camp is to teach young athlete about distance running and the sport of cross country. Areas such as techniques, drills, training, injury prevention, nutrition, and team building. Our knowledgeable staff aims to motivate and educate athletes on how to succeed within the sport.

The SUNY Cortland campus has grass fields and a small trail system that is great for short runs and workouts. The campus is also very closely located to Lime Hollow Nature Center which has approximately 15 miles of trails to run on. In addition to the trails near campus, Cortland has a variety of trail systems within a short driving distance, which makes Cortland a great area to train over the summer.
