Nike XC High Altitude Camp at University of Colorado, Colorado Springs
Nike Running Camps New Location in Colorado Springs
March 20, 2018- Nike Running Camps and the University of Colorado, Colorado Springs partner to bring a new running camp this summer 2018. Experienced coaching staff and a variety of magnificent running trails highlight this camp.
“The trails in the surrounding area of Colorado Springs are magnificent,” says Jan O’Connor Executive Vice President at US Sports Camps. With nature preserves such as Garden of the Gods, Bear Creek Park, and Gold Camp Road runners get the privilege to run beautiful trails in a high-altitude environment with top notch coaching.”
Endurance athletes that train in the U.S. frequently train in high altitude. Runners can expect to greatly improve their endurance and running stamina at camp. The camp is offered July 18th-July 21st, 2018 at the University of Colorado, Colorado Springs. The camp is co-ed and open to campers ages 12-18.
