Soccer Camp Director Mike Brizendine Named VaSID Coach of the Year

US Sports Camps is proud to announce that Virginia Tech Men’s Soccer head coach, Mike Brizendine, has been named VaSID Coach of the Year! As a director of four different camp locations - Collegiate Soccer Experience at VT, Collegiate Soccer Experience at Florida State, Collegiate Soccer Experience at the University of Georgia, and Collegiate Soccer Experience at the University of Minnesota - Coach Brizendine is one of our most influential camp directors and a role model to all campers. We are glad to have such an experienced, decorated, and hardworking individual direct our camps. Congrats, Coach!

This is Coach Brizendine’s first VaSID Coach of the Year honor in eight seasons as a head coach. He led his team to an incredible 13-win season and the College Cup Quarterfinals, in which they have failed to appear since 2007. The Hokies finished the season ranked No. 8 in the NCSAA Poll.
