Nike Softball Camps announces new Location at Wesley College
Nike Softball Camps, a part of US Sports Camps, the largest provider of sports camps in the world, is excited to announce the addition of a new Delaware softball camp. Directing the camp will be Head Coach Juli Greep accompanied by her coaching staff. Camp will be held at Wesley College in Dover, Delaware.
Coach Greep was named the Coach of the Year in the Atlantic East Conference following the team’s 2019 campaign. She is entering her ninth year at the helm of the program this year and is looking to return to the conference title game this season. Coach Greep’s talents go beyond the softball field. She is also the Assistant Athletic Director and teaches classes as an adjunct professor in the physical education department. Greep was also the head volleyball coach from 2012-2015.
This four-day camp will begin on Tuesday, August 4thand go through Friday, August 7th, with both day camp (9 a.m.-4 p.m.) and half day (9 a.m.-12 p.m.) options. Campers of all levels will have the opportunity to improve their hitting, fielding, throwing skills and in-game situations. Every facet of the game is covered with an emphasis on fundamentals to help players become valuable team members. This girls’ softball camp is designed for players of all ability levels looking to engage in high intensity drills, game like scenarios, and quality training in a fun and positive environment. Campers are broken into groups by age and ability.
