New Nike Volleyball Camp in Arizona at Yavapai College
Zach Shaver, Yavapai College head volleyball coach hosts first year of Nike Volleyball Camp in collaboration with US Sports Camps for Summer 2017.
US Sports Camps is proud to announce Zach Shaver, Women’s Volleyball Head Coach at Yavapai College, as one of the newest Nike Volleyball Camp Director in 2017. Zach and his team of college level coaches will be hosting this girls volleyball camp in arizona where players of all abilities and skill levels are welcome to come improve their volleyball skills this summer. Beginners and intermediate players will work with coaches to master the fundamentals, learn new drills, and participate in full scrimmages, while advanced players will get a chance to work on honing their technique and gain valuable game play experience.
In 2017, Zach Shaver is entering his 4th season as head coach at Yavapai College, taking over the Roughrider program on April 1st, 2013. As head coach at Yavapai College Shaver has led the team to a record setting season in 2016. The team finished with an overall record of 22-8 while winning the program’s first ever Region 1/District C championship.
The Nike Volleyball Camp at Yavapai College offers campers the chance to improve their skills and continue their love for the game of volleyball this summer with an All Skills Session July 14 through July 17th. With the option of either extended day camp or overnight camp, athletes will be able to choose the schedule that best suits their needs in improving their game before the next season arrives.
