"My name is Kacey Schmitt, and I am the director of the Nike Softball Camp at Amherst College. I have been coaching and directing camps for both US Sports and the town of Amherst for 34 years. My passion for coaching and directing camps stems from my belief that young girls benefit tremendously from participating in sports. The confidence they gain and the friendships they make along the way help to give them a strong foundation, and helps them successfully navigate the pressures of being an adolescent. Our camp staff prioritizes fostering individual development, teamwork, and a love for the game through positive reinforcement and personalized guidance.
We have a talented staff lined up, and we all look forward to a great camp in 2026!"
Camps are open to any and all entrants, limited only by number, age, grade level and/or gender.
