Ultimate Tip: The Box Drill

Major League Ultimate's Portland Stags present their first coaching tip! Stags players explain and demonstrate The Box Drill drill where players work on both backhand and forehand throws, while putting a lot of touch on the throw and really leading the player you are throwing to. For more great tips and instruction from MLU's Portland Stags, join us at the Nike Ultimate Camp at Lewis & Clark College this summer. Camp runs from July 20-24, 2015 from 9:00am-3:00pm daily. Camp is geared towards boys and girls, ages 11-18 of all ability levels. The Stags expert staff teach campers important fundamentals and techniques to help each camper improve their skills and understanding of the game. Campers will leave better prepared to play the game at all levels.
