The Gamebreaker Summer Youth Flag Football Skills Camp at Whitmer High School Stadium is designed for youth football players looking to improve their skills in a safe and controlled setting. Elite Athletics Academy Coaches and Staff conduct the program.

Directing the program is former Division 1 and Arena Football Player, Brandon Carter.  Coach Carter is currently the Varsity Assistant Football and Baseball Coach at Whitmer High School brining years of experience to the field.

Brandon Carter is a former Division 1 College and Arena Football player.  Brandon is an accomplished football coach and former NCAA Division 1 defensive back.

Brandon’s football career began as a runningback & free safety for Roy C. Start High School (OH) where he served as team captain and earned first team All-League three times including League Player of the Year his senior year.  

Brandon was also Northwest Ohio Offensive Player of the Year, as well as first team All-Ohio his senior season.  Brandon was also named honorable mention All-American by USA Today Newspaper. 

 Brandon continued his playing career by earning a full scholarship to the University of Toledo. Brandon was a part of the 2001 Mid-American Conference Championship team that finished ranked #23 in the AP Poll and #22 in the USA Today Coaches Poll.  Brandon finished his last year of his playing career at Walsh University in Canton Ohio.  Brandon has been a high school coach for the past 11 seasons in Toledo OH.  Brandon has coached several All-league, district, as well as Ohio players during his career.  Brandon has also trained football players over the years who went on to play at the college level as well as professional level.

Jalil played wide receiver and defensive back and is currently a professional football player that has been signed twice by NFL teams - the St. Louis Rams as well as Minnesota Vikings.  Jalil has also played three and a half seasons in the CFL winning the 100th Grey Cup in 2012 with the Toronto Argos.

College Experience:  Jalil’s college career he attended the University of Akron where he was an All-MAC selection his junior season. During his senior season, Jalil ranked in the top three in the MAC in kickoff return yardage.

High School Experience:  Jalil played wide receiver and defensive back at St. John’s Jesuit High School in Toledo Ohio.  Jalil was an All-league performer in not only football but in track as well placing in the top ten in the state of Ohio in the 100-meter dash finals his senior season.

Corey attended The Ohio State University on a full scholarship where he went on to letter three years.  Corey has a tremendous amount of knowledge working with offensive and defensive linemen.  Corey received tryouts for the Cleveland Browns, Detroit Lions, And the Kansas City Chiefs. Corey also played overseas in the World Football League for two seasons.

High School:  Corey attended Rogers High School where he resides in their schools Hall Of Fame.  Corey won the state championship in the shot put his senior season on top of being named All-American in football by Tom Lemming Magazine.

Corey has been coaching high school football in Toledo for the past nine years where he has done an excellent job with the linemen he has coached.

Jeff is the Elite Athletics Academy QB coach.  Jeff has coached Qb’s for several years including camp Qb instructor at the University of Michigan as well as Notre Dame Irish summer high school and kids camp.  Jeff has also been a Qb instructor at Sports International Football Camps in Dallas Texas hosted by Dallas Cowboys players.

Devon is from Toledo, Ohio. Devon is an All-American, 3x All-Conference player that played in 41 games with 40 starts at receiver and as a kick returner at Ohio Northern University. Devon ranks 1st all-time at ONU with 244 career receptions, 3,201 receiving yards, 1,866 kick return yards, and 76 kick return attempts. He also ranks 2nd all time with 5,539 all-purpose yards. Devon also participated in the NFLPA Collegiate Bowl in Carson, California in 2016. He was the only DivisionIII player to participate in the game out of 113 roster spots. Jeremy is a former NFL cornerback where he played 10 seasons. He attended the University of Tennessee (87’-91’) where he was a three-year starter and three-time All-SEC performer for the Volunteers. He was inducted into the Tennessee “Living Legends” in 2004. Jeremy was also an All-SEC and All-American in track in the 55m dash and participated on the 4x100m relay team which was a part of the 1990 NCAA National Championship team for the Vols. He was drafted by the Chicago Bears in 1992, 80th pick. He was a member of the #1 ranked passing defense two years in a row there and went on after to play for the Seattle Seahawks, NY Giants and finished his career with the Detroit Lions.

Jeremy is now passing on his knowledge to the next generation of defensive skill players. He has been doing combine skill training now for five years. He has trained and trains some of the best defensive players in the NFL at their respective positions. Eric Berry, Rahim Moore, Marcus Gilcrest, Josh Evans, Bashaud Breeland, Matt Elam, Kareem Jackson, Dee Milliner, Darquez Dennard, Calvin Pryor and others have been under his watch to hone in on their defensive skill set.  Jeremy has also been on Draft Academy with Tony Villani on the combine preparation of DE/OLB, Shane Ray (number #1 draft pick of the Denver Broncos, 2015). Other than his family, Jeremy is most proud of his philanthropic endeavors.  The Jeremy Lincoln Foundation (since 1998) gives free football clinics, Thanksgiving food giveaways (JLF Turkey Drive) and educational after-school clinics for children that are less fortunate.

Pete brings over twenty-nine years of coaching experience to the camp this summer.  Pete has made coaching stops at St. John’s Jesuit High School where he was in charge of special teams focusing his efforts on the kickers and long snappers.  In his time at St. John’s Pete has individually coached seven players who went on to be named first-team all-Ohio as either punter or place kicker. Those players went on to play at Northwestern, Minnesota, Michigan St. and Cincinnati to name a few.  One of Pete’s proteges went on to kick in the NFL (Brandon Fields) where he is currently still playing.

Pete has also coached at the College level making a stop at Siena Heights where he coached the kickers there for three seasons.  He has been selected three times to coach in the Northwest Ohio All-Star Game in Perrysburg Ohio.  Pete has been Camp Director of Local Toledo Legend Jeremy Lincoln’s NFL Football Camp for fifteen years in Toledo Ohio.  Since 2011, he has been awarded the President's Volunteer Service Award from the Corporation for National and Community Service.  Pharis is also a registered financial advisor with the National Football League Players Association.

With the growing concern of concussions in youth football, the goal of Gamebreaker Summer Youth Flag Football Skills Camp is to provide football skills camps across the country that not only protect and educate our youth but also provide the highest quality football instruction possible.

Each camper receives position specific training from college coaches and players along with an official Gamebreaker Football Camp Headgear.

THE SOFT PROTECTIVE FOOTBALL HEADGEAR AND SIZING CHART

Gamebreaker’s uniquely designed padded & soft protective football headgear is molded out of the finest EVA rubber foam, offering maximum protection from impacts and collisions. The hook and loop chin strap combined with adjustable laces in the back, enables the protective headgear to custom fit each person’s head. 

The Elite Training Academy Football Training Camp has been designed for players ages 5th grade-12th.  

The camp includes film sessions each day and position specific coaching.   All positions are offered QB, WR, TE, OL, RB, DB, LB, DL, K, P, LS.  

Campers choose one position to focus on that way we maximize the growth of each camper at his position.  Proper technique is a focus along with explosiveness, eye control, leverage, and various other skills to optimize the campers experience.

The Hilton Garden Inn located at 6165 Levis Commons Blvd in Perrysburg Ohio is the official hotel for this camp. 

Full Day Program: Guest Speakers and Lunch are a part of each day.

Half Day Program: Runs from 12-2:30 p.m. each day and does not include Lunch or the Film Session.

PLEASE BRING:

Water Bottle, Cleats, Shorts, Sneakers and a Notebook to take notes during film sessions (full day campers).

REGISTRATION PACKET

A detailed camper registration packet containing check in location, health/release forms, emergency contact numbers, and a checklist of things to bring will be emailed to all registered campers in the Spring. The US Sports Camps health and release forms do not require a doctor's signature and they will be collected on the first day of camp.

Whitmer Stadium

Whitmer Stadium has a capacity of 8,000 people and includes an instant replay screen on the score board, brand new state of art grass turf, locker rooms with four different film rooms and a Training Room located inside of the locker room.
