Clinics are condensed training sessions lasting 1 to 6 hours, focused on specific skill development like hitting mechanics, pitching, or fielding drills. There is no housing or meals. Full camps run 3-7 days and include broader programming with games, team play, and optional overnight stays. Clinics are ideal for targeted work on particular skills. Clinics typically focus on core skills: hitting mechanics and approach, pitching delivery and grips, infield and outfield technique, baserunning strategy, and game situational awareness. Some clinics specialize in specific areas like hitting-only or pitching-only sessions.

Most clinics welcome all skill levels unless noted on the camp page. On day one, participants are evaluated and grouped so instruction matches their ability. Whether you are working on fundamentals or refining advanced skills, coaches tailor the experience to each group.
