Nike Junior Golf Camps Offers New Summer Camps in Philadelphia
The Golf Zone and Philadelphia PGA Hall of Fame instructor, George McNamara, set to host Nike Junior Golf Camps in 2018.
November 10, 2017 – US Sports Camps recently announced the addition of a new camp location in the Philadelphia area for 2018. Nike Junior Golf Camps, The Golf Zone is set to run half day camps for local junior players looking to improve their game. Under the direction of PGA Master Professional, George McNamara, this program focuses on providing campers with the tools to become well-rounded golfers.
“We are thrilled to offer another camp program for juniors in the Philadelphia area,” says Westy McQueen of Nike Junior Golf Camps. “This Golf Zone is a perfect dedicated learning center and, combined with our elite coaching staff, these programs will equip juniors with the tools necessary to take their game to new heights.”
George McNamara has been teaching golf for over 40 years and has a wide array of experience in swing instruction. He has received many accolades throughout his coaching career including the Philadelphia Section PGA “Golf Professional of the Year” award, being named Golf Digest “Delaware Teacher of the Year” in 2012 and was recently inducted into the Philadelphia PGA Hall of Fame.

Nike Junior Golf Camps at The Golf Zone offers four sessions in June and July. Half day programs are offered Monday - Friday to accommodate players of all skill levels and run from 9:00AM – Noon, each day. The camps are co-ed and available for players, ages 7-15.
