Spikeball Introduced at Nike Soccer Camps

The game of Spikeball will be introduced as a recreational activity at several Nike Soccer Camps locations in the summer of 2017. Spikeball is very beneficial for soccer players (especially goalkeepers) because it offers many training benefits including acceleration, kinsethetic awareness and conditioning. Incorporating Spikeball as a recreational activity at our soccer camps will provide campers with a fun and exciting way to remain active.
