Peak Performance Swim Camp Tip: Backstroke Streamline

Peak Performance Swim Camp Backstroke Streamline

SWIMMING AT THE OLYMPICS is the dream of most every swimmer who attends a PEAK camp or clinic. To achieve Olympic status, swimmers must slowly but surely acquire Olympic-level abilities beginning with what is possible, at the moment, and adding on from there. For example, while it may not be possible for an aspiring twelve-year-old to swim backstroke like Missy Franklin or Ryan Lochte, it is possible for them to streamline off every wall like they do. Starting small and adding on from there can turn an Olympic dream into a reality.

Learn more from Coach Nick Baker at one of his Peak Performance Swim Camps, located at various locations across the United States and abroad. Also, check out more swim tips and elevate your swim technique for the upcoming season!
