Nike Junior Golf Camps in Southern California continues its long-standing relationship with the SCPGA Jr. Tour.
March 1, 2018 – US Sports Camps recently announced their continued relationship with the Southern California PGA Section after 10+ years of support. A division of US Sports Camps, Nike Junior Golf Camps has a long-standing relationship with the Section, providing sponsorship funds that contribute to SCPGA scholarships and advancement of junior golf in Southern California.
“Being able to partner with Nike Junior Golf Camps allows the SCPGA and its junior golfers the chance to grow the game of golf in Southern California, while at the same time giving our juniors the best opportunities possible to improve their game,” says Dave Kuhn of the Southern California PGA. “We are very excited to continue this partnership, and look forward to even more success in 2018.”
Nike Junior Golf Camps operates over 130 camps nationwide that were attended by approximately 7,500 campers last year. The company’s mission is as follows: To connect passionate coaches with young athletes to facilitate athletic and personal development in a positive and safe environment while consistently exceeding the expectations of our customers.
“The SCPGA’s commitment to junior golf is well-known and highly regarded,” says Jason West, senior vice president for Nike Junior Golf Camps. “Through their programming, outreach, and initiatives, thousands of kids in Southern California have been exposed to this great game. Our collaboration gives those same young golfers an opportunity to improve their skills and have an awesome time at our summer camps.”
Nike Camps offer a variety of programs designed for the needs of each camper. Juniors have the option to select beginner or advanced, as well as day or overnight camps. Every facet of the game of golf is covered during camp and players can immerse themselves in the sport for an entire week among peers, friends, and a team of expert coaches.
Nike Junior Golf Camps offers 18 day camp locations across Southern California, many of which provide 5-8 weeks of full and half day programs during summer. To find a location in your area or to register, please see Nike Junior Day Camps in Southern California.
