Camp Director Alejandro Justiniani
Alex has over 30,000 hours of teaching experience and is a 5.0 rated player who brings 18 years of teaching experience to the resort program, including 12 at Sea Colony.

Coach Bill Wissinger
Bill is PTR (Professional Tennis Registry) and PPR (Professional Pickleball Registry) certified and possesses over 35 years of racquet sports experience.

Co-Director Weston Butcher, PPR
Weston is a former Division I athlete whose passion for sports has transcended to the fastest growing game in the country, pickleball. He was most recently the Director of Summer Racquet Sports at George Washington University . Weston is a PPR certified pro and 5.0 plus level pickleball player, also a team member with USA Pickleball. Weston not only has a wealth of experience coaching, but a gift for teaching clients the game of pickleball.

Co-Director Mike Sneller, PPR
Mike Sneller is a PPR certified coach who brings energy, fun and passion for the sport of pickleball to the court. Mike has been at Sea Colony since 2008, where he logged many hours of playing tennis. He found the amazing sport of pickleball in 2020 and has never looked back. Mike plays in tournaments and teaches private lessons, clinics and camps at Sea Colony.

Co-Director Tim Boyer, PPR
Tim Boyer retired from a career in IT Security in 2022 and lives in The Estuary, Frankford Delaware, after owning a unit in Sea Colony for 7 years. A recreational tennis player that got hooked on competitive pickleball shortly after retirement, Tim has been PPR certified going on two years and is working his second year at Sea Colony as a Professional Pickleball Instructor. Tim is a reigning Delaware State Senior Olympic gold medalist, and competes in tournaments throughout the Delmarva area.

We offer 8-hour adult pickleball clinics that run Friday (1:00pm-4:00pm), Saturday (1:00pm-4:00pm) and Sunday (12:00pm-2:00pm) for intermediate to advanced players ages 18+.
CAMP SCHEDULE
- Check-in: 1:00pm Friday
- Check-out: 10:00am Sunday
- Daily Schedule: Friday 1:00pm-4:00pm, Saturday 1:00pm-4:00pm, Sunday 12:00pm-2:00pm
Please note: This is a Day Camp only and runs during the hours listed above. The camp tuition DOES NOT include housing. Campers are required to provide their own overnight accommodations.
INSTRUCTION, EQUIPMENT, & FACILITY
- Ratio: 4:1 camper to coach ratio
- Groupings: Campers are grouped by age, ability, and experience
- Equipment Needed: All campers must bring a pickleball paddle, athletic shoes and a water bottle
- Facility: Sea Colony Beach Resort was named 2012 USTA Facility of the Year. Click here to read more. With 34 courts, including indoor, outdoor, Har-Tru clay and hard courts, the tennis and pickleball facilities are a haven for tennis enthusiast throughout the region.
- Inclement Weather Plan: Indoor courts are available for use as needed
- Medical Protocol: Most camps have an athletic trainer on-site to help with illness or injury. In case of an emergency, campers will be transported to the nearest hospital
