Nike Baseball Camps
Register for our newest Nike Baseball Camp in the Seattle/Tacoma area at University of Puget Sound and enjoy elite-level coaching while making memories to last a lifetime. Open to players of all ability levels, the camp offers a unique opportunity to train under the direction of experienced coaches in a fun, competitive environment.
Overnight Camp
For the duration of the camp, players reside in the Puget Sound dormitories in adjacent rooms to the camp staff while training with current and former college coaches and athletes. University of Puget Sound is a beautiful, prestigious school and campers will enjoy its amazing facilities and scenic setting throughout the week. The tuition includes housing, meals, fun evening activities, and educational seminars covering college recruiting, sports psychology, and more (parents are encouraged to attend the seminars!). This program is open to boys of all ability levels, ages 10-17, and groups are separated by age and ability level on the first day.
Day Camp (9:00am – 4:00pm)
Nike Baseball Camps also offers a summer day camp program for local players ages 8-17. This program runs 9:00am-4:00pm (schedule varies on first and last day) and includes daytime training only. Campers must bring their own lunch or purchase on campus.
The Nike Baseball Camp at University of Puget Sound is open to any and all entrants and limited only by number, age and gender. The Nike Baseball Camp at University of Puget Sound is not owned, sponsored, co-sponsored or controlled by the University. Please note, campers and staff will be transported off-campus to nearby baseball facilities each day. The camp will not be utilizing the Puget Sound baseball team facility.

Westy McQueen is the owner and camp director for Next Athletes, operator of Nike Sports Camps. Westy has over 10 years of experience operating youth programs and has designed the Next Athletes programs with the purpose of providing a truly memorable, athletic development experience for each child.

Angel Trujillo is an assistant baseball coach at West Los Angeles College and serves as baseball director for Next Athletes and Nike Baseball Camps.

Certified Athletic Trainer Kulsum Baig
Kulsum Baig is a certified athletic trainer and handles all athletic training needs for Next Athletes’ Nike Sports Camps. With a Bachelor’s degree in Athletic Training from San Diego State University and a Graduate Certificate in Musculoskeletal Injury Management from the University of Kentucky, Kulsum has worked with athletes at the high school, collegiate, and clinical levels.

Camp Details
Instruction will focus primarily on hitting, fielding, base-running, and game situations. You can expect high demand for these first come first serve camper spots, so please be sure to register early.

Roommates: Rooms are assigned by age & roommate requests. Roommate requests must be received no later than 14 days before the start of camp. If you don't have a roommate request, you will be placed in a room with someone near your age. It will be a great opportunity to meet someone new!
Linens: Not included. Bring linens (Twin XL) or sleeping bag, pillow, pillowcase, and a towel.

SUPERVISION
Both campers and parents are invited to join us for evening educational seminars during the week. Seminar topics will include college recruiting, expectations of a college athlete, and the different paths kids can take in sports. We also offer opportunities for Q&A with each panel of coaches.

MEDICAL PROTOCOL
Most camps have an athletic trainer on-site to help with illness or injury. In case of an emergency, campers will be transported to the nearest hospital.
TRAVEL
Nike Baseball Camps does not provide transportation from airports, train stations or bus depots. If you have a child flying to camp, please arrange a shuttle or taxi service.
TEAM/GROUP DISCOUNT
If you have a team or group of 5 or more campers registering for the same camp, each camper may be eligible for a discount. To receive the group discount, please have someone email US Sports Camps at [email protected] with the following information: Camp name, list of camper names, and the number of campers. We will respond with a unique discount code for everyone in the group to use during online registration. *Note: Discount amounts vary by program, so please reach out for more details.
