Prior to his arrival in Tyler, Donohoe worked at Illinois State University as quality control and recruiting coordinator in 2021. He assisted with both the offensive line and quarterbacks, along with coordinating the daily recruiting operations and summer recruiting camps.

Donohoe was the wide receivers coach at Coe College in Cedar Rapids, Iowa for the 2020 season.

His coaching career began in 2017 as a student assistant followed as a graduate assistant at Illinois State University. He started his coaching after an injury ended his playing career as a quarterback. He assisted with quarterbacks and wide receivers, where he helped the redbirds get to the FCS quarterfinals in 2019.

Donohoe received his bachelor’s degree in agriculture business from Illinois State University in December 2017 and his master’s degree in psychology of sport and physical activity from Illinois State University in December 2019.

A native of Holbrook, Iowa Donohoe was a three-sport athlete at Williamsburg Jr./Sr. High School.

Jacobson is a product of historic Texas high school football powerhouse Southlake Carroll, where he played for coach Hal Wasson. During his career at Southlake Carroll, he was a three-year starter and team captain while helping lead the team to a 37-6 record including two district titles and an undefeated 16-0 state championships in 2011. He was named the District 4-5A Defensive Most Valuable Player, Class 5A Texas Sports Writers Association All-State Third Team, AP All-State honorable mention, Dallas Morning News All-Area Second Team, Star Telegram Super Team, First Down Club 2012 Defensive Player of the Year Finalist, and Whataburger First Team All-North Texas

Following his prep career Jacobson played at Texas Tech University as a freshman, appearing in 13 games and being named to the ESPN Big 12 All Bowl Team. He finished his collegiate playing career at Brigham Young University where he appeared in 37 games in three seasons for the Cougars.

Jacobson's coaching career started immediately following graduation when he joined the BYU coaching staff where he made two bowl appearances before joining the staff at Snow College in Ephraim, UT for the past two seasons. During his time at Snow, the Badgers have appeared in the NJCAA National Championship game once and played in the NJCAA semifinals last fall. While coaching defensive backs and serving as Special Teams Coordinator, Jacobson coached the 2021 NJCAA Defensive Player of the Year Keionte Scott who signed at Auburn University. During his two seasons in Ephraim the Badgers posted a combined 15-3 record.

Prior to his coaching career Brady was a Quarterback at both the University of Memphis and Illinois State University. After Redshirting and then missing a season due to season ending knee surgery at Memphis, Davis transferred to Illinois State University to compete in the Missouri Valley Football Conference. During Davis’ time at Illinois State he was 14-6 as the starting quarterback, won multiple Newcomer and Offensive player of the week awards and was on the MVFC All-Newcomer team in 2018. As a 2x team captain at ISU, Davis threw for just shy of 4,000 yards, 31 touchdowns, and 14 INTs. Davis spent time in off-season camp with the Dallas Cowboys. Once released, Davis decided to end his playing career and jump into the coaching ranks here at TJC.

Davis is from Columbus, MS. Graduating from Starkville High School in 2015. Davis was the MHSAA 6A Offensive player of the year as a SR.

Husband to Casey, Father to Caydence, Terrence II, Camryn and Carsyn Louis. Former Lincoln Preparatory School (Grambling Lab) Passing Game Coordinator, entering my third season at Tyler Junior College. Former Defensive Backs Coach here at TJC, now coaching Wide Receivers.

Most recently, Johnson served as an Offensive Assistant for the 2022 State Championship South Oak Cliff team, further showcasing his expertise and dedication to the sport.

Prior to his coaching career, Johnson held the position of starting QB for Edward Waters University in 2021. During his time there, he once again demonstrated his exceptional skills in the passing game, setting new records for the university. This achievement was made possible under the guidance of the esteemed 4-time MEAC Championship Coach, Brian Jenkins.

Before joining the Edward Waters program, Johnson had the privilege of being recruited and coached by former NFL QB Tarvaris Jackson and XFL QB Coach Shannon Harris at Tennessee State University. During his time there, Johnson not only earned the honor of being named Team Captain but also graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology.

In 2019, Johnson made the decision to join the Apache Football team as the starting QB, where he competed for a conference title. Prior to that, he had the opportunity to be a part of the 2017 championship-winning Grambling State football team and also played for the Incarnate Word football team, under the esteemed leadership of legendary Super Bowl Coach Larry Kennan.

Having had the privilege of learning from exceptional coaches throughout his career, Johnson brings a wealth of knowledge in Quarterback play and Offense schematics to the Apaches Secondary. His aim is to make significant contributions to the nation's top defense and help lead the team to a National Championship.
