Nike Junior Golf Camps Brings Summer Golf Camp Location to South Chicago
Coyote Run Golf Course in Flossmoor, IL to host three weeks of youth golf camps beginning in June 2019.
April 30, 2019 – US Sports Camps Inc. has announced Coyote Run Golf Course as its newest junior golf camp in Chicago. Coyote Run will offer half day camps for junior golfers of all skill levels, ranging from ages 7 – 14. The programs are structured to improve the skills of each player in a healthy, positive learning environment and are led by PGA Professional, Tom Denklau, with other local instructors assisting on staff.

We are thrilled to offer these new camps at Coyote Run.”
Camp Director, Tom Denklau, serves as PGA Head Professional and General Manager at Coyote Run. Prior to his current role, Denklau served as Director of Golf at Hilton Chicago Indian Lakes Resort in Bloomingdale, Illinois. He started his 18-year career with Seven Bridges Golf Club in Woodridge, Illinois and has been a PGA Class-A Professional since 2000. As head professional, Tom handles all junior programming including PGA Jr. League, private lessons and other camps and clinics.
“Coyote Run Golf Course is excited to host the Nike Junior Golf Camp to help expand the knowledge and playing of all those future golfers out there,” states General Manager and Camp Director, Tom Denklau. “We stress a fun learning environment where playing and practice make perfect. We take these young golfers from the green to the tee, and put it all together for a great round of golf.”
Owned and operated by the Homewood-Flossmoor Park District, Coyote Run Golf Course is a public 18-hole, par 71 course and measures 6,478 yards. The facility also boasts the Grey Meyer Three-Hole Practice Course — 168, 90 and 115 yards — which is designed for short game practice.
Nike Junior Golf Camps at Coyote Run Golf Course offers three camp sessions in 2019 – June 10-13, July 8-12 and July 22-26. The afternoon camps run from 1:00-4:00pm and include driving range and short game/putting instruction with the camp staff. Players also practice on the 3-hole learning course throughout the camp week. All participants receive a camp amenity package (Nike Golf hat, SRIXON golf balls, drawstring bag, camp workbook and more).
