Nike Adult Pickleball Camps at Ridge Club

These Adult Dahttps://www.ussportscamps.com/...y Camps geared towards players of all skill levels, depending on the camp date. Camp includes pickleball instruction and offers programs for beginner, intermediate and advanced level players (see camp dates for skill levels offered). If you are a 4.5 or 5.0 player, we recommend you attend with a partner.

Camp will cover: Grips, stroke development, dink shot, serves & returns, specialty shots, rules and etiquette and much more!

CAMP PROGRAM

Drills and practice routines for your improvement from each section of the court are communicated clearly in this well thought out 2-day program. Afternoons will consist of coached matchplay.

CAMP SCHEDULE

• Check-in: 8:50am each day
• Check-out: 2:00pm each day
• Camp Program: runs 9:00am-2:00pm each day

SCHEDULE DETAILS

9:00am – warm-up
9:30am-11:30pm: Technical skill work and player assessments. Drilling on positioning, strategy, specialty shots, serving (Day 1: Emphasis on fundamental technique, footwork, and body positioning; Day 2: Focus on skills and technique to help improve your offensive & defensive volleys, serves & returns, and drives)
11:30-12:30pm: Lunch provided on site
12:30-2:00pm: Coached Match Play, Competition

WHAT'S INCLUDED IN THE FEE?

• Welcome Package: All campers receive a Pickleball Camps t-shirt and prizes
• Instruction: 8 hours of court time including instruction and match play

INSTRUCTION, EQUIPMENT, & FACILITY

• Groupings: Campers are grouped by age, ability, and experience
• Equipment Needed: All campers must bring a pickleball paddle, athletic shoes and a water bottle
• Facility: Ridge Club Pickleball & Tennis - 11 pickleball courts

OVERNIGHT ACCOMMODATIONS

These are Day Camps and only run during the hours listed above. The camp tuition DOES NOT include housing. Campers are required to provide their own overnight accommodations.

• Athletic, on-court pickleball clothing
• Pickleball Paddle(s)
• Comfortable court shoes (no running shoes)
• Sweatshirt/warm up jacket and pants
• Water bottle*
• Sunscreen**
• Snacks (optional)
• Signed Health & Release forms and waivers (forms completed online do not need to be printed and turned in at camp)
