Our low camper-to-coach ratio ensures campers receive the attention and training they need to improve their game throughout the week. Director Tyler Gunelson
Gunelson comes to Bethany after spending the past academic year as the Head Softball Coach at Rockhurst University, a NCAA Division II institution in Kansas City, Mo. During his tenure, Rockhurst won 21 games and qualified for the conference tournament.

Camp Details
Instruction will focus primarily on hitting, specific position fielding, base-running, and game situations. In addition, pitchers will have the opportunity to work with pitching instructors. You can expect high demand on these first-come-first-serve camper spots, so please be sure to register early.

- Dates: July 22-25, 2024
- Age Group: 8-18
- Gender: Girls
- Camp Types: Overnight | Extended Day (Commuter) | Day Camp
- Meals: Overnight Campers – Lunch & Dinner on Monday, Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner on Tuesday and Wednesday, Breakfast only on Thursday; Extended Day Campers – Lunch & Dinner Monday-Wednesday; Day Campers – Lunch only Monday-Wednesday.
2024 CAMP TIMES
- Overnight Camper Check-in: 9:00am Monday
- Day and Extended Day Camper Check-in: 9:30am Monday
- Check-out: 12:00pm on Thursday for all campers
- Extended Day Camper Schedule: 9:00am-9:00pm
- Day Camper Schedule: 9:00am-4:00pm

INSTRUCTION & FACILITY
Ratio: 1:10 staff to camper ratio
Groupings: Campers are initially grouped by age and moved around accordingly based on skill level.
Facility: Outdoor Fields. Indoor facilities are available during inclement weather conditions.

MEDICAL PROTOCOL
Most camps have an athletic trainer on-site to help with illness or injury. In case of an emergency, campers will be transported to the nearest hospital.
TRAVEL
Nike Softball Camps does not provide transportation from airports, train stations or bus depots. If you have a child flying to camp, please arrange a shuttle or taxi service.
TEAM/GROUP DISCOUNT
If you have a group of campers registering for the same camp, each camper is eligible for a discount. Please have someone contact the US Sports Camps office at 1-800-645-3226 with the names of each camper in the group and we will create a unique discount code for your group. Campers may then register individually through the website at their convenience and apply the offer code during checkout. *Discount amount varies by program. Please call for details.
