Founded in 1848, the University of Mississippi (Ole Miss) is the flagship university for the state of Mississippi. In 2013 Ole Miss University was named “Most Beautiful Campus” by the Princeton Review and our facilities certainly show why! The Ole Miss Soccer Stadium stands as a beacon for success on the Oxford campus. Since the complex was christened on Sept. 28, 1997, in a regionally televised game against Alabama, the Rebels have been victorious in nearly 70 percent of their home matches, posting an impressive 99-40-15 mark through 2011. Prior to the 2011 season, a new playing surface was installed. Helping to provide the perfect environment for collegiate soccer in 2006 was a brand new state-of-the-art scoreboard and color graphics message board.
