Neale is coming off as year stint as Franklin College where he served as the special teams coordinator and defensive backs coach and has over 16 years of DIII experience.

Before Franklin, at Whittier College, he served as the program's head coach from 2016 until the discontinuation of the football program after the 2022 season. He handled all facets of program development, recruiting and coaching for the Poets with his team recording a program-best collective GPA at 3.18.

Before heading out west, Neale spent eight seasons on the staff at MAC rival Albright College from 2007-15 where he helped guide the Lions to three NCAA Division III playoff victories and three Eastern College Athletic Conference (ECAC) bowl game appearances. He was elevated to defensive coordinator in 2012 while also handling recruiting coordinator duties along with serving as the head strength and conditioning coach.

Isgro has been on the coaching staff at his alma mater since 2015, serving as assistant coach, special teams coordinator, recruiting coordinator and running backs coach. Prior to returning to DelVal, Isgro was an assistant coach at Cedar Creek high school for five seasons from 2010-2014.

In 2024, Isgro pushed the Aggies to an 8-3 overall record which included a 33-8 victory over RV FDU-Florham. Isgro coached Jacquez Mabin who was named MAC Defensive Player of the Year, D3football.com Defensive Player of the Year, All-American Second team, and a Gagliardi Trophy semifinalist.

In 2021, Isgro helped coach one of the best punt returners in the country in Tahmir Barksdale. Barksdale finished the season with 471 punt return yards, which was the third-highest total in all of Division III. Barksdale had two punt return touchdowns during the regular season against Montclair State and MAC foe Widener.

In both 2018 and 2019, DelVal football had three punt returns for touchdowns by one player, Shaveiz Stewart (2018) and Tahmir Barksdale (2019), the most in a single-season, and career, in program history. Both players were named first-team all-MAC return specialist, and Barksdale went on to claim all-region and All-American honors.

Barksdale finished the 2019 campaign tied for the most punt return touchdowns in the country (3) and his 398 total punt return yards ranked third overall. Per punt, he averaged 15.3 yards, the 10th most in Division III.

In 2017, Isgro worked with the offensive skill positions as the Aggies won the MAC and reached the NCAA quarterfinals. Ellis was named the MAC Offensive Player of the Year while, on special teams, punter Stephen Adams who was an All-American.

In 2016, Isgro coached a pair of all-conference tailbacks in Devauntay Ellis and Robert Cleveland. The special teams unit had two make all-MAC in Mike Anusky and Abdul Crowther.

Isgro suited up for DelVal from 2006 to 2009 and helped lead the Aggies to a 31-10 record, two conference championships, an NCAA second-round appearance and an ECAC South Athletic Bowl title.He graduated as the school's second all-time leader in completions (610), passing yards (7,336), passing touchdowns (61) and total offensive yards (8,621). He was named to the all-MAC first team in both 2008 and 2009 and was the MAC Offensive Player of the Year in '08. Isgro was also a standout baseball player, earning all-conference accolades three times and one all-region accolade. He graduated as the school's all-time leader in home runs (20) and runs batted in (137),

After earning his bachelor of science degree in secondary education in 2010, Isgro began coaching at the brand-new Cedar Creek High School in South Jersey. He was the offensive coordinator and quarterbacks coach (he was also the head baseball coach) for five seasons and helped lead the squad to three conference championships and one South Jersey Group Two state title.

Fedick’s work helped 2005 graduate Jamie Kleinle successfully switch from the defensive side of the ball and become a two-time all-MAC honoree as well as a 2004 All-American. The following year, three linemen earned all-MAC accolades while senior center Damien Ciecwisz was named an All-American and the recipient of the Rimington Award as Division III’s top center.

Since 2002, 40 linemen have received all-conference accolades, including the last five seasons that DelVal won the MAC championship and reached the NCAA quarterfinals twice. Of the 40 linemen, three - Ralph Stambaugh (2008), Mike Long (2009, 2010) and John Lavelle (2011, 2012) - combined for five All-America honors.

Prior to DelVal, Fedick served as an offensive intern and assistant offensive line coach for MAC rival King’s College. The Monarchs posted an 8-3 mark, including their second straight ECAC Southeast title, and he helped coach MAC Offensive Lineman of the Year Joe Corbett.

Fedick started his coaching career at Ursinus College and was the assistant offensive line coach in ‘99 before becoming the offensive line/tight ends coach the following year. Ursinus won 18 games in the two years, including the school’s first-ever NCAA Division III playoff victory.

Fedick was a four-year letterwinner at Widener from 1995 to 1998 and saw time at all five offensive line positions. He was named a MAC-Commonwealth all-star as a senior and was a member of the ‘95 squad that qualified for the NCAA Division III playoffs.

Fedick graduated from Widener with a bachelor of arts degree in history.

The 2022 season saw the Aggies secondary dominate where five members of the secondary recorded at least one or more interceptions on the season. Wright coached two Aggies defensive backs who were nominated for first-team all-MAC. Senior safety, Blaine Netterman, became the first player in program history to earn four first-team all-conference nominations. Netterman would go on to be selected a 2022 NCAA All-American.

In 2021, Wright led a dominant Delval secondary that only allowed eight receiving touchdowns in only twelve games. All four members of the Aggies starting secondary were nominated as first-team all-MAC. The Aggies two starting cornerbacks, senior, Justin Harris, and junior, Jamir Prevard were selected as 2021 All Americans.

In 2019, Wright's unit was part of an Aggie defense that was one of the best in the country. They ranked second in all of Division III in interceptions with 24. Junior Justin Harris led the way with five picks and was later named an All-American.

In both 2015 and 2016, DelVal had multiple members of the secondary (Shawn Miller and Danny Wynne in '15; Miller and Sammy Mohr in '16) earn all-conference accolades. Last year, Miller and Mohr will once again honored by the MAC along with Jarren McBryde. Miller would later go on to be named to a pair of All-America Teams as the Aggies won the MAC championship and reached the NCAA quarterfinals.

Wright came to DelVal after having coached at the high school level in the local area from 2000 to 2012. He coached a variety of positions, including a stint as defensive coordinator, at Upper Moreland High School from 2000 to 2010. The team won the Suburban One American Division title four times and was a two-time district finalist.

Wright moved to Archbishop Wood High School and spent two years with the Vikings as their defensive backs/running backs coach. Archbishop Wood captured a AAA state championship in 2011 and returned to the title game in 2012.

Wright played at Wesley College and was a four-year letter-winner and three-year starter for the Wolverines. He graduated with a bachelor of science degree in sports management/athletic administration in 2000.

Since 2014, Carter has also worked as a personal trainer for athletes working on sport specific needs related to speed and agility, football skills, and fundamentals.
