Perry joined the Albright staff in 2023 following seven seasons as associate coach at Gettysburg College.

Prior to Gettysburg, Perry was at Trinity College, Westfield State University and Anna Maria College as an assistant baseball coach at each stop. Perry has been a pitching coach throughout his career.

While at Gettysburg, he helped lead the team to back to back Centennial Conference playoffs, coached three academic all-americans, two all-region players, fourteen all-conference players, two scholar-athlete of the year and one NCAA post graduate scholarship recipient. He was also the recruiting coordinator and pitching coach for the Bullets. In addition to his baseball coaching duties, Perry was an assistant strength and conditioning coach at Gettysburg.

A native of Feeding Hills, Mass, Perry was a four year pitcher at Stonehill College, where he graduated in 2009 with a degree in Criminology. He finished his career with five collegiate wins and two saves over 37 appearances. Perry earned a master's degree in Sport Management and a certificate in Athletic Administration from Southern New Hampshire University.

The 2023 season saw improvements across the board for the Lions pitching staff. Utilizing an emphasis on biomechanics and analytics, O’Driscoll helped to reduce the staff ERA, Runs Allowed, Hits Allowed, and Walks Allowed. The pitching staff also picked up multiple saves from the bullpen and increased their overall staff win total.

O'Driscoll spent the 2022 baseball season as an Assistant Pitching Coach at Gettysburg College. His primary responsibilities included bullpen management and pitching analytics.

In the summer of 2022, O’Driscoll worked for Perfect Game as an Assistant Tournament Director and Showcase Coach at PG amateur tournaments and showcases throughout the Northeast. In the fall of 2021, he worked as a Field Scout for Perfect Game.

In the summer of 2021, O'Driscoll worked as a Baseball Operations Intern with the Ripken Experience Aberdeen. O'Driscoll worked youth tournaments in Aberdeen and served as a youth coach/instructor on the 2021 Chevy Tour at ballparks throughout the Midwest.

In 2019, O'Driscoll worked as a Defensive Scouting Assistant for the University of Buffalo Football Team under Head Coach Lance Leipold. The team won the 2019 Maker’s Wanted Bahamas Bowl which was the first bowl win in program history and also a year that sent three players to the NFL. His responsibilities included analyzing statistical data, film study of opponent offenses, and generating strategies to assist coaches and student-athletes with upcoming opponents.

In 2018, he served as a volunteer game day intern with the Watertown Rapids baseball team of the PGCBL.

In his athletic career, O’Driscoll was a four-year starter as a pitcher at LaFargeville Central School in LaFargeville, NY. In 2016-17, he played basketball at Keuka College, earning conference all-academic honors.

Academically, O'Driscoll is currently working on a Master’s degree in Kinesiology through Louisiana State University. He has earned an M.S. in Sport Coaching from West Virginia University and a B.A. in Psychology from The University at Buffalo.

Yeager coached reliever Trevor Mastria to MAC Commonwealth Honorable Mention status in 2017. Mastria finished the season with a 3.71 ERA, second on the team. He recorded 36 strikeouts in 34 innings along with a pair of saves in 11 relief appearances.

Also in 2017, one of Yeager's former pitchers, Casey Lawrence, made his Major League debut to become the first Albright baseball player to play in the big leagues since 1931. Lawrence debuted with the Blue Jays in April. The Mariners picked him up in May, and Lawrence set a club record for most strikeouts in a relief appearance, fanning nine batters in five innings.

Albright went 13-16-1 in 2014, with the Lions being eliminated from Commonwealth playoff contention on the final day of the season. The Red and White had five All-Commonwealth selections, including freshman pitcher Trevor Mastria.

In 2010, right-handed pitcher Casey Lawrence '10 became the first player in Yeager's Albright tenure to sign with a Major League Baseball affiliate. Lawrence has since been named a Single-A All-Star with the Dunedin Blue Jays and made a start in Triple-A.

The 2009 season was another successful year for the Lions as they qualified for the Commonwealth Conference tournament for the second consecutive year. The Red and White closed out the year with an 18-18-1 record and finished in fourth place in the conference standings.

In 2008, Albright finished with an overall record of 16-18 and a place in the Commonwealth Tournament.

In 2003, the Lions earned a share of the Commonwealth Conference regular season championship and their first post-season berth in five years.

Yeager was drafted by the Philadelphia Phillies after graduating from Elizabethtown and spent four years in the Phillies' organization.

At E'town, Yeager had a career mark of 20-3, with 21 complete games, 154 strikeouts, and an ERA of 2.22. He still holds school single season records with 11 victories and 11 complete games in 1995.
