Prior to his time at Thomas, Gonzalez spent a year coaching FTB Puerto Rico while also hosting private, individual clinics to develop up-and-coming high school prospects for collegiate and/or pro baseball.

Before FTB, Gonzalez spent the 2018-19 season pitching for the Criollos de Caguas in the Liga de Béisbol Profesional Roberto Clemente (LBPRC) while representing the Puerto Rican national team in the Premier12 tournament.

Prior to the LBPRC, Gonzalez pitched for the Gary Southsore Railcats in the 2016 season, posting a 3-1 record while allowing a 4.14 ERA with 28 strikeouts and pitching 54 and two-third innings.

As a collegiate pitcher, Gonzalez played at The University of West Alabama for the 2014-2015 seasons after transferring from East Central Community College in Decatur, Miss. In his senior season, the right-handed pitcher earned All-American, All-GSC and All-Region honors, posting a 10-2 pitching record, pitching 96 and one-third innings while allowing a 1.96 ERA, 81 hits, 21 earned runs and 96 strikeouts.

The native of Guaynabo, Puerto Rico received his Bachelor's in Accounting from Interamerican University of PR.

Bullington, a native of Russellville, Tenn., came to SHC after two seasons as the head coach of Rend Lake College in Ina, Ill. where he led the Warriors to a 21-21 overall record including a 14-14 mark in the Great Rivers Athletic Conference (GRAC) in 2021 and a 25-31 (18-14 GRAC) record in 2022. The Warriors advanced to the Region 24 championship game in his second year at the helm.

Prior to his time at Rend Lake, Bullington previously served as a volunteer assistant coach under retiring SHC head coach Frank Sims during the 2019 and 2020 seasons. In his 2019 season with the Badgers, the Badgers won the Southern Intercollegiate Athletic Conference (SIAC) Championship with a 29-22 overall record and 17-7 SIAC mark while advancing to the NCAA Division II South Region Tournament in its first year of eligibility for NCAA postseason play after completing the transition to Division II in August 2018. The 2020 season was cut short after one month of play due to the COVID-19 Global Pandemic.

Bullington was an assistant coach with the College of San Mateo Bulldogs in California for three seasons, where he was a part of multiple conference championship teams. The Bulldogs were ranked as high as No. 2 nationally during his time with the team. In addition to those posts, Bullington has international experience as a collegiate summer league coach in the Puerto Rico Independent Baseball League and a tenure as general manager, coach, and tournament director for the Hit Factory in Singapore.

He also served as the head coach of the Sioux Falls (S.D.) Sunfish and the Wheat City (Manitoba, Canada) Whiskey Jacks in The Expedition League of collegiate summer baseball. In 2018, as head coach of the Little River (S.C.) Blue Crabs, Bullington’s team won the Carolina Shores Collegiate Summer Baseball League title.

Bullington played collegiately for the Carson-Newman University Eagles of the South Atlantic Conference in Jefferson City, Tenn. where he was an Academic All-Conference selection. In his life away from the diamond, Bullington is married to SHC women’s soccer head coach Samantha Thomsit.
