What is Your Refund Policy?

If you need to cancel for any reason, you will receive a credit voucher for all tuition fees paid up until the final payment date. After the final payment date, you will be entitled to a 50% voucher for all tuition fees paid. If you choose to cancel within 7 days of camp check-in, you will only be entitled to a 25% voucher for your tuition. Your VOUCHER is transferable to any immediate family member and can be applied to any US Sports Camp through the following year. Individuals who DO NOT attend their registered session (no-shows) will forfeit their full tuition payment.

Please note: Any camper with an unpaid balance 10 days days before camp will forfeit all camp fees paid to date and be removed from the camp.

Cancellation by US Sports Camps

In the unlikely event that US Sports Camps cancels your camp session, we will refund only your camp tuition and registration fee. Camper waives any and all damages that may otherwise arise out of any camp cancellation and agrees to accept as liquidated damages said registration fees.
